The Space:
Spacious 3 bedroom condo within walking distance to the beach. Many amenities including a swimming pool, tennis and pickle courts and playground for the kids! Short drive or bike ride to downtown Fernandina with a surplus of boutiques and outstanding restaurants! If your ideal vacation includes hanging out on the beach (taking long walks, playing in surf or just relaxing with a book in a beach chair) you are in the right place! After your day in the sun head downtown for a delicious seafood dinner… there are plenty to choose from and even if you’re not a seafood lover! Plenty of different cultural restaurants from Mexican to yummy Asian food!! There is a lot to explore here on our island, check out the Visitors Center downtown, they can give you great ideas of fun things to do! If you like to hike and explore nature check out Eagans Creek and Fort Clinch Park! Enjoy your time!

We have a keyless entry system that will allow direct entry into your unit and will not require you to pick up or return keys to our office. Your check-in information will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

Some furniture may change from photos due to season or weathering. This is especially true of properties close to or on the beach.

Beach accessories availability may vary due to supply and demand, season, and property limitations. Feel free to ask for extras but be aware that they may not be available during the busy season.

All DocuSign documents must be completed and returned before your arrival date. This is to protect you as a guest and the property itself.

This is a pet-friendly unit. We do have a pet fee that will be applied to your account by Amelia Island Vacations. The pet fee is $150 per pet, max number of pets allowed is two unless you have spoken with Amelia Island Vacations and 50 lbs is the maximum weight per animal unless approved by Amelia Island Vacations.

Everything was good for us. We were in town for the UGA/FL game and would stay there again next year if it available. We were up and gone out a lot but everything fit our needs.

Check in, check out, pet areas, proximity to beach, location on the island, neighborhood, all fantastic! The actual unit was clean and well kept. Minor inconvenience with the air conditioning, but was sorted out within a few hours. Overall very pleasant experience and we would stay here again. Pretty handicap accessible as well.

Great condo

The condo was perfect for my family. Clean, plenty of room, and awesome green spaces for our dog. The walk to the beach was not bad was not long. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo is a short walk to beach. Has supplies for cooking, and going to the beach. We would not stay here again. The complex has a Karen that will leave you multiple parking violations. If they could fix that it would be great. When we left there was 4 other families saying the same thing. I felt like I was harassed the whole time (I was). We were also told by the rental place, every thing we were doing was fine. There is lack of communication with this place and the people running it.

Last minute beach trip

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything went smoothly and it was just as described! We were all very happy with the place and our mini-vacay!!! We will definitely come back!

Condo was pretty much as advertised. Could have used some maintenance on shower faucets and washing machine. Great location...easy to get to beach and restaurants. Would stay there again. Only issue was with condo parking police.

Great location

Yes it’s all a bit dated but then the price is good ! You get what you pay for ! Bed in master could do with a bit more comfort and better sheets . Overall was fine for a short stay , we used the pool and wasn’t far to the beach .

Great!

I’ll list the negatives first to get them out of the way. The beach access is sand, and you have to walk a good ways to find a wooden beach access point. That was hard with the kids and wagons. There is also a neighborhood Karen who acted like she owns the pool. Literally called management on all the people at the pool because there was “a storm coming” that never showed up. Very annoying. The condo itself was nice, but very hot. The fans did not do much to help with the temp at all. BUT the condo was large enough for all 4 adults and my two kids, the kitchen was a nice size for one person to cook at a time, and it’s in a great location to everything.

Great Location Not Far From Beach

I would rate the accommodations as average, clean but in need of a refresh. Online pictures are either old or enhanced/touched up. Furnishings are a bit dated and walls, baseboards, etc in need of painting. Patio/balcony area was not well kept and the sliding screen door was extremely difficult to open so we did not use the area.

Good for what we needed but nothing great

Property was good for what we needed, but it is evident nothing has been updated in a very long time. When we went to open the curtains, the entire pole fell off the wall hangings. The couch and the furniture had stains and were very old. The sliding door was very hard to open even the slightest bit. The smell of the property also was a smell of all the old furniture. We also turned on the air and the smell that came from the system was really stinky for some time before we had it running for awhile. We liked the distance to the beach and to downtown. The check in and out was very easy too.

Florida get away

Spacious condo. Beds comfortable. Needs some serious cleaning and maintenance. No outside light by door difficult to see numbers on the lock, door dirty, patio dirty couldn't sit out there, very musty scent in condo, water dripped in tub, kitchen faucet no pressure. Try to open door wall very difficult to open. Windows the same, but had black mold and bugs on the edges. Despite all we made the best of it.

Moving beds

The location was nice. Neighbors were nice. We wasn’t able to get local tv stations. Beds in all the rooms rolled easily. Headboard on bed wobbled in the first bedroom. No safety bars in the shower. Chain for the light in the second bedroom was broken off. Not able to use the ceiling light. No shade nor thick curtains in the main area. The patio door. No privacy. Unsafe chair in main area. Not able to sit in it. It tilted over easy. It would have been nice to have had basic cable available in the bedrooms. Two of the visitors was handicapped and needed to rest more. Furniture in main area wasn’t very comfortable. Straight back chairs at the table was only comfortable for a while. But they were nice. Rugs in main bedroom had no rubber backing on them. Not skid proof. No water pressure in the kitchen sink.
