The condo accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms.
The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bath.
The second bedroom also offers a king bed and added storage space.
The third bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements.
Two bathrooms and bathroom essentials support a comfortable stay for groups.

Outdoor & Amenities
Step outside to enjoy the shared outdoor pool, available year-round, or take in the surroundings from your patio or balcony. The home also includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, and heating for comfort in any season. A washer, dryer, and free parking on premises - 2 spaces add everyday convenience, along with self check-in via keypad.

Positioned in the Tifton Cove neighborhood, the condo overlooks the East Course’s 3rd hole and sits just minutes from Ponte Vedra Beach. Nearby dining, shopping, and golf options make it easy to explore the area while enjoying a peaceful residential setting.

Please note: This is a second-floor condo with stairs and no elevator. Amenities within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club are limited to the community pool and beach access point only no parking at access point. Does not have a gym.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
