Conveniently located on the ground floor, this fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom is the perfect seaside retreat! Walking in the elegant entryway, you will immediately notice the soothing color palette and beautiful coastal decor. Gorgeous mist blue walls and wood floors lead the way to the spacious living area. A full sized gray sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat, and colorful swivel are centered around a large flat screen smart TV. Through the glass sliders that line this room lies a breathtaking view of the pool and ocean. Step right off of this private patio and you will find yourself on the path to the pool and beach!

Since the kitchen, dining, and living space are all part of one large great room, the fully equipped luxury kitchen also features this beautiful view! Stunning granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful white cabinetry make this kitchen a chef's dream! Prepare a tasty meal for the entire family after a day on the beach from this wonderful space. The laundry area with a full size washer and dryer are also centrally located in this area for your convenience.

The adjacent wooden dining table offers 6 seagrass chairs while the neighboring bar stool area offers seating for an additional 2. Windows line the walls of this end villa allowing warm sunlight to pour in through the plantation shutters.

Down the hall lies the master bedroom featuring a king bed with soft white bedding, a flat screen smart TV, and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The same dazzling wood floors continue throughout.

The 2nd bedroom across the hall boasts 2 queen sized beds with a chest of drawers and a flat screen smart TV. The second bathroom offers a combo shower/tub and opens to the hall for convenient use from the family room.

We spent much time on the beach. The view was more pool/bit of ocean, but we thoroughly enjoyed the location!The hosts were very attentive and checked in with us to make sure everything was in order. I appreciated the personal attention from the host.

Great visit to Amelia Island!

We had a great visit to Amelia Island. The condo at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club was perfect for our family of four. My older teen boys appreciated having double beds rather than twin beds. The king room has a very comfortable bed. One note is that the shower in the king room is quite small, but certainly adequate. The den has two comfortable sofas and a nice chair, with a giant TV. The condo was right next to the pool and a very short walk to the beach on the boardwalk. We have stayed at Amelia Surf & Racquet Club many times, as it is the perfect location. We enjoyed a boat ride to Cumberland Island with Amelia River Cruises from downtown Fernandina. And, we love the nearby Harris Teeter. Their handmade pizza (next to the deli) is delicious.

This was our third time staying at this fabulous property. Mayo Clinic CME Clinical Reviews and Primary Care Update nor this location disappoint year after year. We’ll be back! Check-in and communication throughout stay was timely and helpful. Beach access is top notch.

We LOVE Amelia Surf & Raquet Club & stay there every summer.

We ALWAYS stay at Amelia Surf & Raquet Club because we know it’s safe, clean & fun. We come every summer with our family & we never have to worry about anything. Nobody messes with our stuff out on the patio & it’s quiet & kid/family friendly.

Great location

This was a ground unit with ocean view! The unit was super cute. It was about a 3 minute walk to the beach, but that seems standard for this area nothing was right on the water that we had seen. They had a cute clean walkway to the beach. We opted for beach rental ( sunsetters ) and was so glad. This unit had a few chairs but I they were used and not like the rental options. The pool is right outside the balcony, which was super convenient. Manager communication was great! We thought the dryer was broken and they got back to use very fast. It turned out to be some different type of dryer that doesn’t use heat, so be mindful if you plan to need laundry as it will take a while to dry! We loved the area, it was in a nice part of town. The unit size was great for 4 adults and two toddlers.

The location was fantastic! I would prefer a more updated condo. Bathrooms need updating. Dryer does not work well. We stayed in this unit in July and August and had trouble with dryer both visits.

Ground floor perks!!

We enjoyed our stay very much and have stayed at 2 other condos in this same complex. Ground floor access to Pool and beach was nice. Felt a little tight for our crew of 8. Kitchen and amenities as stated. Dryer did not dry well and was a bit of a challenge finding a convenient parking spot. Overall we would stay here again but might need more space (3 bedroom) if we come back with the same crew!
