We had an amazing time. There were 7 adults in our Villa and had plenty of room. The Villa was very clean!! The handle to the doors going to the balcony in the dining room was disconnecting from the door but we didn’t let that slow us down!!

    Good but could be fresher

We loved the location and the layout of the condo. The property manager was very nice and responded as quickly as possible when we had an issue. My only complaint is that it could have been cleaner. The couch was a little grungy and there were someone else’s hair in the bathroom.

Great property - very convenient to the beach

Great stay for three people at this condo. Very close and convenient to the beach, pool, trail system, hotel and village. The condo is a little dated, but everything functions well and the beds are comfortable. It would help if the manager put some basic items in the unit prior to check in (coffee). Renters should note the two thermostats and the one in the upstairs bedroom controls the other two bedrooms, while the sensor is in the master bedroom (so to cool off the other two bedrooms, they must keep the door open). Overall, would definitely stay there again.

    Great Customer Service!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The condo was clean and just as described. Assigned parking spaces are very small but fortunately we had small cars. Our key pad on our door did not work when we got there, but a friendly Amelia Island Rentals employee brought us a manual key right away. They had the key pad working the next day. Great customer service!
