Welcome to Amelias Shangri-La, a beautifully remodeled oceanfront condo on Amelia Island where you can see and hear the waves from the kitchen, living room, and private balcony. Located on the 3rd floor and as an end unit, this two-bedroom, two-bath retreat offers expansive Atlantic views and overlooks the pool area.

The living room is bright, comfortable, and set up to maximize the ocean view. Relax on the sleeper sofa and loveseat, enjoy the 65-inch TV, or step out onto the balcony for morning coffee and evening wind-downs with the sound of the surf.

Adjacent to the living space is a dining area with seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and features stainless steel appliances, butcher-block countertops, and white cabinetry. Cook meals with a view and enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer tucked beneath the kitchen cabinetry.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, dresser, and ample closet space. The ensuite bathroom has been renovated with a quartz vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom can be closed off from the main area to create a suite-like setup and includes two queen beds, a TV, dresser, and generous storage. The second bathroom includes bright cabinetry, a quartz vanity, and a tub/shower combination.

Guests appreciate the thoughtful extras that make beach stays easier, including beach towels and beach chairs, games, keyless entry, oversized parking spaces, a first-aid kit, and other comfort touches throughout the condo.

In addition to being directly on the beach, the complex includes two pools, four Har-Tru tennis courts, and an outdoor grill and picnic area. Whether you are spending the day on the sand, enjoying the pools, playing tennis, or relaxing on the balcony with ocean views, Amelias Shangri-La is a comfortable and restorative Amelia Island getaway.

This is a great condo. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We definitely appreciated the standing fan! The grounds are well kept and the host’s customer service outstanding. Super easy check in and out procedures.

location was great, the house was clean and very well decorated, spice-rack in house came in really handy, loved the collection of glasses and cups for coffee, there were enough utensils to eat. All appliances seemed upgraded and new. I think the non stick pans could use a replacement they were scratched and bent, also couldn't figure out how to turn down the storm windows in the balcony so rain brought all water in, beach towels , beach umbrellas and chairs were really helpful, the second bedroom mattress could be a little more comfy, board games were loved by kids. TVs in rooms worked well with all channels, Overall a great experience. Will definitely return. Feedback in general on the property I think swimming pool could use some umbrellas there were none. Also some directions within the property on where the things are could help guests on day one. The map shared by guest services was helpful. Amelia island itself is beautiful we spend a lot of time at the beach which was walkable nice combination of shelly beach and sandy beach.

This condo is in such a great spot — close enough to everything, but just far enough to feel like a real getaway. We kicked back, soaked up the ocean view, and basically forgot what stress even is. Plus, the place had everything we needed for a seriously chill stay.

I would advise wearing footwear while in the condo. The bottoms of my feet were black just from the bedroom to the living room. The carpets in the bedrooms felt crunchy and they were not stretched. Shower in primary is very tiny. And the couch made noises every time you sat down. The view was nice. Patio furniture could have been better. Were there to relax and one of the days there was construction in unit below us.we were not advised of construction beforehand. We were offered discount for the days of construction.

Great View! Needs new……

Liked the minimalism of the condo. Nicely decorated. But, little touches/upgrades would help me to stay again…..1. Replace ceiling vents in both baths (a cheap fix); 2. sofa very uncomfortable; 3. mattresses are old and lumpy.

We love it there. This was our 2nd trip. Same location. We liked this condo a lot! Hope to stay in that one next May! I did call to mention washing machine was leaking a little and sliding glass door was hard to open and close. It was great!!!

Spectacular getaway

Clean, quiet end unit supplied with everything needed. Comfortable beds. The real win was the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean just steps away. A few miles drive to town and plenty of available restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!!!

Weekend at the beach

Property is generally well kept. It would be nice to have a hot tub and fire ring, but the pool was nice and the view was great. The condo was as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, and relaxing with a great view. The other clientele (whether residents or renters) was suspect at best. We had to go down and ask a couple to stop playing blaring loud music. We watched a 20-something drive his SUV through the front gate to gain admittance to the property, and saw two trucks with 4 people each carrying multiple cases of beer up to their room for a party. The property management is non existent on the weekends, so if you book here...hope you don't run into any issues.
