NEW PHOTOS AS OF FEBRUARY 2026! Welcome to 52 Ocean Place, a fabulous two-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condominium located in the private, gated community of Summer Beach Resort. Ocean Place is conveniently located next door to the world-class Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Spa. This renovated, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped condo is ready to host you for an unforgettable vacation!

This 4th floor condo offers all the comforts of home, with its completely stocked kitchen, high-end king mattress for the primary bedroom, fresh furnishings in the second bedroom offering a queen-size bed, two fully renovated bathrooms, and an open floor plan for hosting. The new living room and balcony furnishings offer comfortable seating to kick back and enjoy the view. Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided, as well as pool/beach towels for guests' convenience. The kitchen's recent upgrades will make it even more enjoyable during meal preparation. For laundry, guests can easily utilize the washer and dryer in the condo.

Two gorgeous oceanfront community pool areas are accessible at Ocean Place, both with boardwalks leading to the ocean. Each provides plenty of chaise loungers to enjoy the Florida sun! Walking and biking trails can be accessed from the Ocean Place entrance or near the beach, and for active travelers who like adventure, there are nearby surf lessons, kayak tour operators, and fishing charters. The historic district of Fernandina Beach is about 15 minutes north by car.

Whether your aim is to enjoy the picturesque sandy beach or explore the island's many charms, come and make Ocean Place at Summer Beach your paradise found!

**PLEASE NOTE: Ocean Place has announced it is beginning the final phase of an exterior renovation project as of spring 2026. Mostly minor construction tasks, such as painting, caulking and cosmetic touch-ups, are set for the main residential buildings and should be completed by May 2026. Other areas in the Ocean Place complex may have construction ongoing through September 2026. At least one pool will remain open at all times but be aware that either complex pool may be temporarily closed and taped off as needed until mid-May 2026. Please feel free to touch base with our office team for the latest updates.

Amelia - October Get Away

My wife and I have been coming to Amelia Island for several years. We typically schedule away time in late October. This was one of our better get aways. Great location, Great weather and great food. Our only disappointment was that the property had no outdoor grilling area. Outdoor grilling/cooking is one of our favorite things to do. We will be looking for properties that accommodate guests with outdoor grill areas. With that said, the property was well maintained and the proximity to the ocean was definitely enjoyable.

Fabulous Unit

Beautiful unit! The unit was clean, well-stocked, and had a wonderful beach view. We loved that both bathrooms had a walk-in shower. There were no twin beds, so if you are traveling with children, this unit might not work. We will definitely be returning!

Fall Break

Wonderful property and location. We came to the beach to enjoy “Fall Break” with our family and we came to enjoy the beach one last time before winter. This property allowed us to spend each day at the beach with the amenities we needed such as towels and beach chairs. In addition the close proximity to Amelia Island was great and allowed us to dine out and enjoy the quaint shops without going far from the property. Amazing time and will come back again :)

This condo delivers! It is even more beautiful than the photos,. Everything that you wanted was there for you! The instructions for television, check-out ,etc were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

My teenagers, my husband, and I really enjoyed the beautiful beach. The condo was clean and the view was gorgeous. It was located close to everything. I would definitely stay here again. Worth every penny!

Great Location!

This is my 2nd stay at this property! Love the location as I am a runner 🏃‍♀️ it’s a beautiful place to run and walk. I would suggest updating the comforter set in the Master as it is looking worn! The Kitchen was well stocked. Overall even with suggestion of updating comforter set I would give it a 5 and will return. Thank you for the nice gift of fudge for our anniversary! The chocolate popcorn was delicious! Thank you very much😊

Beach get away with husband and in-laws

My new husband and I brought my in laws, who are late 80s, to the beach. It was easy to accommodate their mobility limitations and they had fun. It was great to eat on the balcony, make coffee, watch movies and enjoy fun restaurants and tours.

Had great time on Amelia. Condo fine except for following: Master bedroom. Mattress / linens need to be replaced. No blanket!! Just a dated bedspread. Outside patio furniture inadequate and uncomfortable. No chaise to relax/ read. Just hi top chairs which are difficult- All doors need to be wiped down and cleaned. Fingerprints and smudged. Just looks uncared for.

Excellent Property

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this particular property. The views, balcony and condo are exactly as described online. We did notice the property, grounds an pool were just not as clean and kept up as the last time. Someone mentioned a new management company had taken over. A few items in condo need work but overall we had a great time and will return!
