2026 Beachwood - Hosted by Moore AI Rentals

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is perfectly located on the south end of Amelia Island on the ocean side of the Plantation. Guests can enjoy the private balcony, pool, and a three-minute walk to the beach.
Entering the villa guests will feel right at home with the comfortable décor, fully furnished kitchen, and open floor plan. The third-floor private balcony provides a secret oasis among trees while rendering views of the golf course. The oversized master bedroom has a King bed, TV, closet, and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has both a Queen bed and Twin bed along with a TV and closet.
Enjoy the bike and walking trails on the resort that cover over seven miles of adventure. This includes many beloved shops, restaurants and even the resort spa.

Fresh linens, towels, and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel-size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with a limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper (1) per bathroom, paper towels (1), trash bags and a sponge.)

This villa provides the perfect getaway for any vacation!

Guests do not have access to the Omni Resort Hotel pool or the tram.

The unit was pet friendly and all was good with that!It was January, so we did not use the pool as it was not heated!My only real complaint is the couch needs replaced. No support is left in it!Communications with the Moore Mgmt could not have been any better!

Well stocked unit with cable. Lots of space and well maintained. Walk to the beach may be farther than some would prefer, but beach access is very nice and only a short walk to the Omni hotel pool.

Much Needed Rest and Beach Time

We were very pleased with the condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The property is beautiful with all of the trees. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby and our adult kiddos loved the frozen yogurt place right up the road. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk and we enjoyed it as much as the weather would allow. I will admit that the king sized bed was a bit hard for us but It being clean was far more important. They must have a great pest control company because big black ants kept coming in but they didn’t live long. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Unit needs attention

We were generally pleased with the unit, but would have appreciated a map or related info on the resort, available restaurants, etc. The sliding door needs attention. One of the two floor fans does not work properly. Some of the lights would flicker, even after replacing bulbs. Bed sheets were thin and not “hotel guality”. Minor irritations , but we expected better. On the positive, the property manager was very responsive when the coffee maker suddenly quit working. Not a five star rating, but we enjoyed ourselves.

The condo was great for our long weekend at Amelia. It is a short walk to the beach and pool. There were lots of chairs and umbrellas to use. We had a wonderful time!!

We will book again!

Our condo/villa was loaded with everything we needed. Beach towels, cooking supplies, bathroom towels and a laundry room. Ours had cable and wifi. I love cooking a big breakfast to start our beach day and all the tools we needed were there. There is a local Aldi, Walmart, Target and Grocery Store down the road so all the supplies you need for the week are there. I'm an over packer and will not over pack next year. Just a fantastic place. Beach access. It's a walk but if your not by the beach path then there is a parking lot you can drive up to. Parents, bring a wagon! We will book again!
