Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay. Violations may result in a $500 fine.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. A late check out fee of $100 will be charged after 10:00 AM and no permission given for late check out.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. A fee of $250 per pet will be charged if pets are seen on the premises.
