Updated Modern & Spacious 2 bed Apartment Near Everything!

This is a beautiful downstairs apartment, with all of the amenities of home. The apartment is accessed either by the front door on the porch, or by the back door which is open to a large, grassy lot.

Inside, we have a very functional kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, crock pot, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. Basic kitchen tools are provided.

The apartment sleeps 6 adults, though we'd be happy to host more if at least two are children. Each bedroom has a comfortable 12" queen sized memory foam mattress, and there is an additional folding floor mattress. There is also a sound/white noise machine for anyone who needs it :)

The living room is comfortable, with a smart TV and wifi available. Window air conditioning units are provided.

We're happy to host families and children - let us know if you need anything for your kids!

Early check in / late check out may be available, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here for more than a week. The place was not nearly clean as it was a year ago. Makes me sad because now we can’t return to this place again next year and I used to like it.

5 Night Stay

Clean, nicely updated space. Was perfect for my small family. Had plenty of little extras for convenience. Only drawback was no on sit laundry. Otherwise, it was priced fairly and was a good place to stay.

Small but clean

Kudos to whoever took the photos for this property! The pictures gave the impression of good-sized rooms, but they were all small except the main bedroom. Having said that, it didn't affect our stay other than the first impression. There was a funky smell in the back of the house in the kitchen and bathroom, but we were there during the incredible heat, so perhaps that didnt help it any. The A/C units all worked, which we were grateful for and the neighborhood was quiet. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the living room, though small, was cozy enough for the 4 of us to relax in the evening. It was also clean. It is clearly an older house that has been upgraded and it was good for the price.

Clean, quiet, no issues. Necessities available. Easy access to Jackson, I-94, I-127. Everything worked--almost ~!~! Large bedroom needs some lights. No overhead, one didn't work, other 2 very low wattage bulbs. At least 2 probably a fire hazard. TV has been discussed with owner. Great place with a few upgrades needed ~!~!~!

Updated, clean, and stocked

The property was pleasant, updated, and clean. The hosts were also kind and friendly. An issue that arose was resolved quickly. One thing that makes this stay stand out was how the hosts stocked the house with toiletries. Our family has stayed in a number of places where the hosts stocked the bare minimum of supplies, and did not supply a number of important items. It was a refreshing stay, and we would love to stay here again if we are in the area again!

Good Location

We were very pleased with the house. Good location. No problem finding my way around. Not far from downtown Jackson. House was well decorated. Only thing is they needed to clean the cobwebs. So took a broom a cleaned them up, other then that the rest of the house was clean. I would recommend this place.

Great Stay

This apartment was perfect for our long weekend in town for a graduation. Spacious and comfortable. Excellent wifi enabled me to work remotely. Great residential location with ample parking and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.
