Very old property with minimal upgrades. Living space much smaller than suggested by photos. Several door jam strike plates were unsecured and missing screws. Poor lighting, outdated artwork, slippery showers

Comfortable condo right near Snow King slopes

Three of us stayed at this property which was attractive, very clean, and convenient to everything we wanted to do in and around Jackson. Every amenity was available, with the exception of three small things that we needed: dishtowels, tin foil and ziplock bags. Just load those in and you'll have a perfect rental!

Great location and layout, had some funky smells

The home was in a great location and had a nice layout with two living rooms. I did notice a few odd smells. The lack of air conditioning (as noted in the description) made it uncomfortable to sleep in. With windows accessible from the ground level patio and porch and upstairs bedroom I didn’t feel safe leaving them open all night and it became uncomfortably warm without them open.

The location was good. Need to tell more about the condo. Three of us have arthritis and l knew about steps inside. I said we need lower level. Was told it was. Not! Two levels of steps!

Filthy sheets

One bed had quarter sized yellow candy stuck to sheet. Other bed had black mark under pillow and stain on middle of sheet. Staff did not come that night to fix it. (Their "next day" is within 24 hrs.) We used sheets in closet that didnt fit deep mattress. Sink and bathtub drained slow. Fell on steps leaving propery while carrying heavy suitcase because last step is half step. Team gave me cleaning fee back but i told them that morning we were leaving becuase we couldnt trust towels were clean either. To make things worse sign on wash machine said do NOT clean sheets or towels, they have to be done by professional staff!! I told them we were checking out because of cleaning and sub par home for price. We left around 11 and still no one had come to replace sheets or towels. Spoke to several people and provided pics. Manager even said "Ew what is that?" When she saw sheet pic. I asked her if she would have slept there and she said No! I think I should have gotten refund for stay. It creeped us out seeing those sheets, totally unacceptable

Stylish and comfortable property! Two large living areas and one nice sized dining area adjacent to a small, but well equipped kitchen. Be aware that the bathrooms are rather tight, especially upstairs. Cleanliness would have been five stars had the shower curtains not been mildew stained. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a few days in Jackson

Used this as our home base during our trip to explore the Grand Tetons and Jackson, WY. Perfect for four adults however the bathroom and kitchen are a bit small. Functional just don’t expect a ton of space in those areas. Everything else was great!

Great Location and great accomodations!

The property was impeccably clean and neat with great furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked! The bed was probably the most comfortable we have ever stayed in in all of our experiences with VRBO's! Easy to walk to restaurants within less than a mile and parking was adequate and the property was extremely quiet! Would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again if we ever return to Jackson!
