It was a lovely place with all we needed and more. It was close to the park entrance and downtown was 15 mins away. Airport was so close, 8 mins away, leaving at 5:30am for our 8 am flight was a breeze.

Perfect Location!

We loved the property and the location! For the places we needed to get to, we were smack dab in the middle of all of it! Very close to the airport, but don't let that scare you. . . we were not disturbed by any of the noise at all!

Disappointment

Good location, ample amount of room. Too many things broken, however, including most of the window blinds. Poor quality, many things need to be replaced, including the carpet, missing lightbulbs. Overall impression, rental peice way above what it was worth.

Nice place in good location. Did not like having to sign Vacasa brokerage agreement. Extra towels was a plus. Upstairs bathroom could be updated.

Perfect launching point

We are photographers who wanted to be close to Grand Teton National Park, and this property was perfectly situated within minutes of the park. It's also just minutes away from Jackson. So win-win. Property needs some updating, but it was comfortable, clean and the perfect launching point for our photo adventures. I'd definitely stay there. Oh, and the neighbors were great and welcoming!

Great choice for limited mobility folks

Quiet location, convenient to Jackson, National Park, not a bad drive to Teton Village. Big plus for us was the ground level bedroom and bathroom with kitchen on the same level for my elderly Mom. Bathtub/shower upstairs is a pretty big step. Lots of towels, kitchen amenities. Would def stay here again!

Refund Request

We were very disappointed from the first day. We spent 2 hours on the VACASA Chat explaining that the unit did Not have AC with 90 Degree Temps. No Ceiling Fans in the Living or Master bedroom. The Box Fans were 20 years Old. Over $800/Night No Way. Please forward your proposal for a Refund.

Not safe for children, and vrbo unprepared

Arrived around 5 pm, had dinner / evening plans lined up. As we unpacked, we noticed the railings at the top of the stairs have almost a foot gap in between each railing. Plenty of space for one of our two babies to fall from. We grabbed a mattress from one of the rooms to block them from reaching these rails. 100% not up to code, and really is illegal to be listing a home with such gaps. Next issue, our boy locked one of the push locks in the room downstairs which had alot of the baby gear and pack n plays in it. By now it was 7 pm, and we were going to miss our dinner and evening plans. However, since the door was locked we could not get babies down for bed. So we looked everywhere for a key or push pin, but no luck. So we contacted VRBO and asked for a key, and they didn't have one. What if our kid was locked behind the door?!? Another huge safety violation. So we tried using hair pins, mini screw drivers, everything to try to unlock the door. Eventually we noticed that this used to be a garage door, so the door pins were facing us, so we knocked those out with a hammer and had to seriously wedge the locked door out, and finally around 9 pm, we got the door off. Our boys are 2 hours behind their bed time, and no dinner or desert for us. Also we had to sleep with no door on the hinges because we didn't feel comfortable installing it again without a key. VRBO didn't resolve the issue until the next day. We asked for one night of refund and got $50. Bad experience, support.

Awesome Fall Break Trip

We had an awesome time. We saw a moose out the back window. Watched the squirrels play while eating breakfast. Saw deer out the back window and the front grass area every day. There are elk in the field as you drive out to the highway everyday. The property is clean and nice and we used the sauna.

Perfect location and well equipped.

Four of us stayed here for four nights in late September. My wife and I took the master bedroom downstairs and the other couple the large bedroom upstairs. There was still an additional bedroom upstairs with two twin beds. The condo is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport, though flight sounds were not an issue. 15 minutes from downtown Jackson and 15 minutes from the Grand Teton entrance near Jenny Lake. The condo is very well equipped, having everything we could have needed and then some. The upstairs bathroom is even equipped with a sauna that one of our party took advantage of to relax a sore back. The condo is located in a very quiet development. Never once did I hear a sound from a neighbor, jet or car. If you are staying here, pack lightly as you can wash your clothes in their washer and dryer. Laundry soap was even included. The elevation and dry air in the area was bothering my sinuses. The condo had a vaporizer which helped greatly. I would have never expected that. All we needed to supply was some snacks and supplies for a meal we decided to cook one evening. There may even be bear spray available as we left ours behind and others before us appeared to have also as it cannot be packed in luggage. The condo is very clean. Plenty of towels and linens are supplied. Very detailed instructions are provided and all of the switches are labeled. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I have never stayed in a rental so well equipped and so well thought out. I had a question prior to arrival. I was able to speak to someone without a long phone wait. A stay here will not disappoint.

Great middle locations for Grand Tetons and Jackson

This was a great location, halfway between Grand Teton Moose Entrance and the town of Jackson. The community appears to be mostly full time residents, it was quiet and we had wildlife in the backyard every morning. The unit is consistent with the online photos, a bit dated, the blue reclining chairs were not great. All the appliances we used worked as expected. We arrived in the evening and couldn't locate the property as the building name was not with the United C name above the garage. Indicating it was the last property on the left before the gravel drive would have been more helpful.
