Welcome to Lakeside Landing on Jackson Lake!

-Centrally located on BEST part of the 4750 acre lake that’s home to TONS of fish!

-Deep water off dock, GREAT for fishing!

-TV’s with Dish Network satellite in living room and master bedroom

-Wrap around porch for LAKEFRONT relaxation

-Charcoal grill provided (just bring your charcoal!)

-Quiet area feels remote, but only 10 min drive from downtown Jackson for shopping and restaurants!

-Portable fire pit

-On site boat ramp for small boats you can hand carry (kayaks, canoes)

Perfect little home base to relax, fish, grill, and lounge around during your time on the lake!

Clean, cozy, simple home with wrap around porch, gently sloping yard, and floating dock for your enjoyment!!

Floating dock on the property is the only dock you have access to, please do not get on our neighbors property!

Bring your favorite games and enjoy some unplugged family time!

Living room: one full bed in the pull out sofa

This home means a lot to us, please respect it and clean up after yourself and your pets!

We recommend bringing towels, sunscreen, bug spray, floats or life jackets, and extra paper towels and paper products if you plan to cook much. We do have dishes and dishwasher but paper is so much easier for vacay!

There is a boat club across the cove (with beach, ramp, and dock) that is completely off limits. It is under 24hr surveillance and violation of this will result in the end of the rental.

Please be quiet and courteous to our neighbors. No loud music or party atmosphere. This is a quiet street with residential homes.

We were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving and wanted our own space. This was perfect for what we needed. It was also really nice to stay on the lake having grown up there. It was a nice trip down memory lane.

Great spot on lake but needs some minor maintenance!

Overall I’d give this property a 6/10 although very easily it could have been a 9/10 with some minor maintenance and items from Owner. There was a large wasp nest right off the lake porch which was active and had been there for awhile and there were no sheets or additional pillows for the foldout couch which is technically the 3rd bed for the property which we missed when booking….fortunately it was just my wife and 2 children so we made due with the actual beds. The boat dock was in major need of redecking as exposed nails and rotten wood made it such that you had to be careful if barefoot on it. The cooktop only had one burner that worked as well. Other than those items the place is very cute and has a ton of potential. All these items would cost very little to replace, repair, and have on hand so it was unfortunate we had to deal with them.

Perfect Getaway

Just a nice place to take the boat, have a meal and sit out on the rocking chair porch at night to talk about the day and plan for tomorrow. Great cabin for a family getaway!

Wedding in Flovilla

We rented.this Lakeview home to attend a family wedding. The house was a little too small for our three adult family stay. One bathroom was adequate, but nothing fancy. All appliances are age of the house, but work. Furniture was well used and very low to the floor. The amazing part is the back wrap around deck with peaceful views of Jackson Lake.

Irvin Stay at Jackson Lake Cottage

Let me start off by saying the view was amazing. The air conditioning worked great, as did the dishwasher and appliances. Some things which needed to be addressed were: A) fluorescent light bulb in kitchen was out B) Ceiling fan in the bedroom was broken C) Place smelled musty, like nobody had been in it in awhile D) charcoal grill legs were rusted out. We didn't swim because we heard a runor that alligators were spotted in the lake. We got the impression it was a boating/fishing lake, not a swimming lake. The local town of Jackson was incredibly charming and a lot of fun. I am glad we took this opportunity to visit your premises. Jessica was pretty helpful.

Needs updating.

Our rental was extremely old. It is in desperate need of updating. The kitchen appliances were so old o would not use them. The towels in bathroom were still damp and smelled awful. There was no room in bedrooms to barely walk. The location and lake view were excellent.

Great Weekend at the Lake

Just got home from a great stay at Jackson Lake. This house is located in a very desirable spot with deep water and little boat traffic. The house was clean, parking was easy and the beds were comfy. We had everything we needed and are looking forward to our next stay!

The place was wonderful. The view from the large deck was awesome and the water splashing against the sea wall would put you to sleep. The owner was extremely polite. You won’t regret booking her house.

Perfect Location

Good fishing

Cute lake property

We rented this cute lake house for a weekend event on the lake. We didn’t spend much time at the house, but it was perfect. The house was VERY clean and had a great porch and awesome view. I’m glad I brought extra pillows, but the house had everything you would need.

Pleasant lakeside property

Our stay was overall was very pleasant. The property was clean and is in a great spot for people who want to get away. Only minor issue was the property was smaller than the pictures let on but it the space is doable.
