Check in and check out we’re easy. Prior to staying, I checked the reviews which said that the front desk provides eye masks to guests due to the dim lights in the rooms being still too bright. However, the front desk person claimed they don’t do that, so bring your own eye mask if you are someone who needs complete darkness to fall asleep. The towels are thin and scratchy so if you’re staying for more than 1 night, be sure to ask for fresh ones daily. Only other complaint is that the water dispenser filter has not been replaced, so I was not able to refill my water bottle. Otherwise, the place has great private bathrooms and showers and comfortable beds. The drawer under the bed can fit an opened carry on suitcase and still have some space for other items. The lockers were able to fit my carry on and a backpack, so I think they’d fit a full sized suitcase. You need to go up and down a set of stairs to get in and out of the hostel, so keep that in mind with carrying luggage in and out as no elevator is available. Overall decent place for the price.
