"I truly enjoyed my stay at Alpha Plus! The staff were thoughtful, kind and very professional. The chef would go out of his way to make requests I had if possible. They checked in on me to see if I needed anything daily. Everyone working there were superb and generous. The staff are so dedicated and engaging. I can’t give them enough stars for making sure I had an amazing experience for my first trip to Nigeria."

"This place is amazing incredibly beautiful absolutely the best food in Abuja. There is no comparison to any other Stay than this property. The staff was incredibly kind and you could tell they take pride in their business. I felt safe and secure and I will always come back to them. The room was immaculate room service incredibly amazing and I love the stuff so much. The artwork was so beautiful and I cannot wait to come back to Nigeria just to stay with these guys."

"The hotel said they did not have an agreement with Expedia. They said that the agreement was with the former owner and Expedia not they the current owners. They said that they are Bon Pearl hotel and not The Pearl hotel. They said that my payment was to Expedia and not them. So I ended up not staying there. Please how do I get a refund? I have had difficulties trying to contact Expedia support team."

"It is rather amazing that a hotel like Dreamland suites will advertise that it serves free breakfast, only to charge us differently for our breakfast. I am really disappointed. They initially denied even giving us the room claiming not to know Hotel.com. Iam not impressed at all."
