"I checked in on April 25, 2026 for a two‑night reservation. I booked through Expedia, for a business trip. What I walked into was nothing like what was advertised online. The photos on the website are completely misleading they do not match the reality of what this room actually looks like. The images show clean, modern, well‑maintained spaces. What I got was the exact opposite. The moment I entered the room, I saw a roach crawling inside, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel claiming...

"Very nice boutique hotel with a very friendly staff "

"This hotel needs to be shut down from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was very rude and argumentive. Pictures of the establishment were fake photos from over 10+years. The pool was shown in one pic but when arrived the pool was shut down for what look like years. When walking into the lobby it smelled horrible. The clerk looked as if she may have been an addict as she took my payment and forged my signature on the receipt. I switched from 3 different rooms, all were the same, bad smell, floors...

"I don't recommend this hotel. It definitely needs some renovation. Bathtub would not drain during showering. No drain protector in bathtub or sink. Only had one towel and washcloth per person. Ceiling was peeling over bed. Not good at all."

"The beds had sheet metal under them so that every time you moved it sounded like some one was hitting the side of a metal building, the breakfast was breakfast burritos in a.fridge with a microwave in a 6 ft by 12 ft lobby,I was told it was grab and go breakfast only,needless to say I only stayed one night,I left that morning ,didn't stay the second night and went to another hotel"

"The rooms were clean but the heat had no been turned on. It took about 12 hours to get warm."

"The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was a little disappointing with only cold cereal or honey buns. Coffee was way too strong. Luckily there was a McDonald's across the highway nearby. The room opened to the outside and parking lot, but we felt safe. Did not know about the $50. deposit for damages, but it was released before the end of the day I checked out."

"Breakfast was great! I interacted with Stacy on 2 weekends back to back for passing of my family member. Never mentioned it to her b4 hand and was welcoming and full of hospitality. Matter of fact EVERY SINGLE PERSON ON STAFF THE WEEK ENDS OF 4/18-19 and 4/24-25 WERE SO PLEASANT AND WELCOMING AND HOSPITABLE."
