"I was a bit worried leading up to the trip about how to get there but they had some pretty good instructions on their website. They have a free shuttle that comes to the Shuzenji station about every hour or 2 (timetable is on their site) so all you need to worry about it getting to Shuzenji station which you can figure out using Google Maps. Once there, their instructions say to exit the station, go out and around the 7 eleven, and all the way down to the 8th bus stop. You’ll know you’re at the...

"Clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice we had the beach/ocean view which was breath taking. Hospitality was a+ . The hot spring indoor was super hot and they had vending machines near by which had ice cream. Property was right near the beach and it was quiet, truly an amazing experience. There was two restaurants we ate at the Italian was pricey but was fantastic food. "

"超級美麗的飯店，我們住的是房間有溫泉的房型，早餐餐都會幫我們安排在窗戶旁邊。最喜歡豐盛的早餐，每天都會有新鮮鰤魚生魚片。日本的生魚片超級好吃，我很喜歡員工都很有禮貌，我當時是去慶祝生日的，飯店有一位男性員工超級親切，從我們上桌開始就提供很溫暖的服務，他先是為我們打字翻譯，祝我生日快樂，並且提供了生日雞尾酒，然後當我詢問他是否有蛋糕可以購買時，他幫我詢問了廚房的人員表示沒有蛋糕，但最後當然很驚喜地幫我準備了一份小蛋糕慶生裝飾的非常美麗，這讓我印象深刻！我記得那位員工好像叫黑澤，他真的是非常好的人，希望飯店可以為此表揚他。房間還有房務人員細心地提供了一個毛巾做的生日蛋糕我真的好喜歡我在這裡度過一個溫暖愉快，而且難忘的生日非常喜歡這間飯店。"

"一人旅なので平日の水曜日で予約したらお帰りになるお客さんとすれ違ったが、その日は私一人のようでした。一人だから狭い部屋を想像していたので迎えに来てくれたスタッフの方から食事はレストランと部屋食とどちらがいいかと聞かれ、レストランがいいと答えたが、部屋に入って広くてびっくり。オーシャンビューで素敵なお部屋でした。お風呂も無料貸し切り風呂に行く必要もないほど１人でゆっくり 無料で飲める酒はどうかと思っていたけど種類もあり、酒好きな私は満足満足 しかも部屋と酒を置いてあるバーが近いので夜中におかわりを取りに行くのも気にせず行けた。食事も朝食も良かったです。 翌日、チェックアウトして駅まで来たら、携帯を忘れてきてしまって困っていたら、たまたま駅にミカン狩りのお客さんを送って来た方がホテルに連絡して下さり、ホテルの人が届けてくれた。宇佐美の方は優しい。心も体もほっこりして帰りました。 また伺いたいと思います。 "
