This property has been recently purchased, and it is new to the rental market. It has two very large ensuite bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps 6.

Enjoy outdoor living on the massive shaded deck with panoramic views of La Ropa Bay, featuring glorious sunsets and sunrises. The outdoor area is designed for your relaxation and enjoyment with a cooling plunge pool, BBQ, bar area including drinks fridge, recliners, tropical plants and dining and sitting areas.
Inside, there is a modern and fully equipped kitchen. The spacious bedrooms have large built in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with double sinks and shower. The master bedroom has fabulous views from its king sized bed, while the second bedroom has two queen beds. Both bedrooms have large TVs that are internet enabled (Netflix etc). All the indoor rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and air conditioners. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Over 3000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy, fully WIFI enabled and tastefully furnished with Mexican decor.

The condo is part of a small development of 14 units that share a beautiful outdoor pool with waterfall, or you could take a short walk downhill to your local white sand beach, the charming Playa La Ropa, where you can swim and snorkel in the sparkling warm blue waters. The condo development has 24 hour security and maintenance. Housekeeping, private chef and local taxi services can be arranged for a small fee when you are in residence.

We have been going to Zihua for more than 20 years and Rashids place was amazing. One of the best we've stayed at. The view was amazing and the amenities were second to none. The location is on the southern most part of Playa La Ropa, nestled away in the trees. We woke up to wonderful bird calls and good hear the waves from the location. Rashid has excellent local help with Fredy and Jacquie. Fredy went beyond our expectations, doing an amazing pre-shop for groceries before we arrived. We were picked up at the airport with a prearranged ride, complete with cold beers for purchase. We love to take the scenic ride from the airport to Playa Ropa, and the driver obliged. Rashid's place was stocked with everything we could've used. Loved the large table out on the veranda where we played lots of games. The kitchen was completely functional, and allowed us to make a few great breakfasts. Couldn't have asked for a better place and caring host.

As Good As It Gets

Great condo, especially enjoyed the large outside terrace. When at the unit, we spent most of our time out there. Spectactular views of the beach and the harbor! Nicely furnished. Secluded. Rashid and Tony communicated often making sure all was going well during our two week stay, which it was. Walked La Ropa Beach daily. We had vacationed in Zihuat a few times previously but Tony introduced us to parts we had not explored, including the "Gringo Alley" restaurant zone. Returning next year.

Stunning view and beautiful home

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The covered porch and plunge pool are perfect, great bird watching in the mornings in the trees just beside the building. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils. It’s maybe a 10 minute walk down a lot of stairs to the beach, pool is great down the stairs, with a beautiful waterfall. Nice large bedrooms too. Location is great for access to Playa la Ropa, it’s a short cab ride to Playa Madera and downtown. Tony absolutely made our trip, too. He answered all of our newbie questions and we hired him for a tour of the area which was wonderful. He was super helpful for our entire trip, very kind and genuine.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay at Rashid's condo. It totally met all of our expectations. The location is perfect. The condo setup made the stay very comfortable and functional. Tony and Jaquie are extremely friendly, helpful and always made themselves available. The only change -- have the dishwasher fixed. We will be back.

Beautiful views!

We were very pleased with the home in Zihua. Everything was as described and met or exceeded our expectations. It was very easy to get around the area with taxis and walking. The owner and his support staff were very helpful for our every need. Much appreciate the opportunity to stay in such a lovely home and look forward to returning.

Amazing VRBO experience.

Every aspect of renting this VRBO from Rashid has been excellent. The property and view are top notch. We couldn’t stop taking pictures of the panoramic view, day and night. Quick walk down to La Ropa beach and a light stair exercise back up to the condo was great. Full attention and Local assistance from Tony was exceptional. He’s a great guy! Full, well stocked kitchen and bbq on the deck made for excellent home made seafood dinners. We fell in love with Zihua and the locals as well as the many great restaurants. We will be back. Thanks for the experience and all the local tips, Rashid. Very much appreciated!

Incredible views, comfortable home

Rashid made sure we were well received and everything explained thoroughly and all as expected, terrace is spectacular, rooms large and comfortable. We walked to La Ropa 10 mins every day, taxi from market 80peso, but a car would be easy in this area and there is a great garage space. Couple of good restaurants in walking distance, local Oxxo shop ten minutes walk. We would be very happy coming back.

Wonderful week . What a view. Huge patio living area with new furniture, bar area, wine fridge, grill, and dip pool. Extremely well equipped kitchen and plenty of AC for the indoor areas. Private parking always a plus. Found the owner to be very pleasant, helpful, and flexible to work with. Rate the place 10 out of 10. Would stay again.
