"予約してからの対応がとても良かったです。 お食事も量もベストで全て、目でも楽しめてとても美味しかったです。 次の日の朝食の時間も早くしてくれてとても助かりました。スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。 お湯も良かったです。家族風呂も広くてゆっくり入れました。秋田の旅はとても素敵な思い出になりました。"

"本館のツインに宿泊しました。壁紙の剥がれなどが見られ、快適さにはやや欠ける客室でした。ただ大型のテレビが置かれている点は良かった。朝食や夕食共にブッフェ形式でしたが、揚げたてや出来立ての料理が定期的に提供されておりまあ満足。大浴場も清潔でした。近隣の田沢湖には特に楽しめる場所もないので 、東北を周遊する際に泊まる宿の様な位置付けなのでしょうね。"
