"The room floors were slippery, almost greasy. The fully stocked bar displayed in pictures, was completely enjoy. The sign to the property still displayed the old hotel name.

"Property clean and well maintained, Staff friendly, courteous and professional.
Beds were NOT comfortable; mattresses need to be replaced. I certainly didn't expect the quality of the mattresses to be exceptional. I also didn't anticipate the poor quality.
Our room smelled stuffy, easy fix, turn on the air conditioner.
The mattresses however, left something to be desired."

"The room was great, loved the Bluetooth mirror, would've loved to have actually had a bathtub like the booking stated but that's almost common that they say there's a tub only for there to be no tub. One last thing is the TV's were a little outdated, would've preferred for them to have had smart tvs to add your different streaming services on. Pluses were the full length mirror, the bed was super comfortable, the mini fridge worked well. Sidenote: the fitness center needs updated/functional...

"From the moment we pulled up we had great service. We were greeted by the very nice valets and then check in was easy. The front desk associates were very welcoming and kind. Our room was small (booked cheapest room) but very clean and modern. We loved the shower, great showerhead & pressure. Location is great, 2-8 blocks from all downtown attractions.
Only complaint was the bed was not comfortable for us. It was a little too hard and lumpy for our liking.
We did not use the bar or canteen...
