Love the property we stayed at. Our house was perfectly taken care of, nothing broken. Loved everything about it. The pool, while I realize a lot of people were here, could have used some upkeep throughout the trip - I would recommend picking up earlier.

Our fun, fantastic week in St George

We absolutely loved our stay. It really felt like a home away from home. Our kids loved swimming in the pools. It was all very clean and nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location for family vacation

We picked this gem of a place for the large gathering space. We had a family reunion. We all stayed in houses close together and loved the amenities. communication was great with the managers. They had everything we needed, including two fridges.

Good and bad

When we arrived, we took our shoes off at the front door. Within the first hour, we all started, noticing our bare feet, or our stocking feet were filthy. The floors had not been mopped, in who knows how long I contacted the office and they said someone would come over at 12 the next day and clean. no one showed up until 5 PM as we were just leaving to go to dinner. The person I spoke with in the office stated we would get some money back due to the cleanliness or lack of, but no one has contacted me as of yet. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay.

Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our time in this unit. It had a great bunk room for kids, a nice outdoor gas bbq, awesome 12-person kitchen table, ping pong in the garage, decent proximity to one of the pools and a nice rec/bonus room on the 2nd floor. Things we were disappointed in include a few broken items including balcony couch arm (wicker has completely ripped away) and couches in the main living room (only noticeable when reclined, so property management may not even know), carpets are very worn in several places and in need of replacement, lack of game system for kids (XBOX, Playstation etc.) that most other units in the community provide. There is also a transition piece in between the living room carpet and the kitchen tile that is very dangerous as it has screws sticking up and needs immediate attention. This is an industrial-grade piece and has no business being in anything other than a warehouse.

Great stay!

Beautiful big home with lots of space! Definitely would love to stay again. Tons to do at the house and both pools are so fun. Only thing I guess I was taken back by was the little “mattress pads” that can be found in the bunk room closet for those extra beds. Those weren’t much to sleep on and I guess we were more expecting like a roll out bed. Couch was much more comfy. But we loved this place!

Great place to getaway

We all had a great time! The home was plenty spacious for our 4 adults and 9 kids. We all enjoyed the pools and water park. The kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed to cook. Even an extra fridge in the garage, which was nice. There was no ping pong balls that worked but over all a wonderful getaway! Thank you!

Our fun time stay in Paradise!

We enjoyed our stay at paradise resort. The house was clean and comfy. I really enjoyed that each bedroom had their own private bathroom. I will definitely go there to stay again.

My husband, myself and our 4 children stayed here for a quick getaway

We really enjoyed the vacation rental, it was very spacious. TVs in each room. The loft was our favorite. Way bigger than what we needed but still very reasonably priced. The pools were fun. The house was fully equipped with all your basic needs.

Labor Day fancation

This house was excellent for our half family Labor Day vacation. Spacious and more than enough room for 6 adults and 4 kids with one infant. The pools were very nice and the water park was tons of fun, except the water was a bit chilly even tho the temperatures were so very HOT. Per the recommendation of the house rules, we were to all leave shoes at the door. Not a good idea as the carpets and flooring left all our feet with black bottoms. Carpets tripped us up a couple of times and one child almost hit the coffee table which might have been a trip to ER. So many house rentals In the area and so many guests at the pool and water park.
