The interior of this pleasant casita features a modern minimalistic style with a cozy fireplace, granite countertops, and motorized privacy blinds. This space includes a king sized bed and 75" tv. There is also a kitchenette which includes a sleek fridge and microwave along with a sink.

This listing is for the Casita (guest house) of the 3 bedroom home. Many homes in the community have an interior door between the main house and the casita, so you can easily hear other guests, but this house was intentionally designed without that interior door, so it's very private.

The Casita is located on the southwest side (left side) of the house. The entrance is next to the fire pit in front, which is dedicated for the casita.. so feel free to use it and enjoy the views!

There is guest parking throughout the neighborhood, no permits are required. The spa/pool and gym areas are an easy walk towards the east side of the community and the pickleball courts are located at the southeast end.
