Property had fire alarms going off all night

Overall much about the property was fine. The main issue is that the property has major fire alarm issues leading to the fire alarm going off multiple times on our second night, meaning we got zero sleep. All of our kids were up the entire night and it really made it difficult to enjoy our experience. I understand that issues happen, but we have been offered zero compensation or apology from the property management.

Cute Place, But Carpet Was Filthy

We really liked the lay out of the property. The beds were very comfortable. One thing that should be addressed was all of the carpet in the main room was filthy. Our feet were black. We had to wear socks so our feet would stay clean.

Great family destination

Our family had a wonderful time coming to St George for a baseball tournament. The home was perfect for our family. The home was clean and the home was a great home away from home for us. The kids love the pool and slides at the pool. We will plan to stay here again.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, close to what we needed. Amenities are awesome! The only thing was some of the linen on the beds were dirty and the cleaning person obviously had long black hair. The washer actually ruined 2 of my favorite shirts, stained with rust. Otherwise everything else was great. We had to have contact with the manager once, and she was fast to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location for family fun

Roomy, well taken care of and perfect for a family getaway. Enjoyed all the amenities. Was awesome to have our own personal splash pad! Would recommend to anyone!

Open concept

We enjoyed to open space where we could all could hang out on the large couch together. This is a beautiful home, everything we needed was in one of the many large cupboards or drawers. The outdoor dining table was a great place to hangout.

Easy check in. Clear communication with property manager. Easy to find. Clean. Well stocked. Kids games and utensils and movies provided. Splash pad on unit was fun. Pools were excellent. Took a minute to figure out where the lazy river pool was, but once there loved it. Nice location for Snow Canyon State Park and Tuachan theater.

This property was very clean and beautiful! Plenty of room in all the right places.

This property was very comfortable accommodations! It had bathroom necessities, just like a hotel would...without staying in a hotel. It also had lots of bathroom and bed linens. It felt very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the games in the games closet, video game console as well as our own splash pad out back. Wish we could hav stayed and enjoyed to home longer!

Amazing!

We came to Paradise Village last year and loved it so much we had to come back. We spent the first half of our vacation in this house and joined the rest of my husbands family in another house in this community. We will definitely be coming back again.

Beautiful home with everything we needed!

We really loved this home. We shared it with 2 other families. It was exactly what we needed. Everyone had a great time. It was too cold to use the splash pad, but we did use the hot tub. It is huge and was very hot. The kids loved the pool as well. Everything was very clean and we found plenty of dishes and pans supplied in the kitchen. It was so nice to be able to cook at the house instead of going out to eat every meal. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend, in fact I have already sent the info to a friend who visits the St. George area frequently and they are going to stay here the next time they are in town.

Nice property, but crappy management company. Vacasa sucks.

The property is lovely, however I won't be staying there again due to their ineffective management company, Vacasa. Unfortunately, this review isn't even about the home because I want the world to know Vasaca sucks. My trip to St. George was scheduled last minute and I could only find availability through Vacasa, which I had had a big issues with over spring break. I decided to let bygones be bygones and I gave them another shot. I was traveling with my elderly parents, which can be complicated due to my mom's Parkinson's. I made a big mistake and booked the property that did not have a rocking chair for my mom to sleep in. Knowing that property was available I called the local manager to see if she could help us switch. After giving me some misinformation, she directed me to their "24/7" Guest Services line. I left a message as "all attendants were busy helping other customers" and my parents and I waited outside in the lovely St. George heat for over an hour, without touching anything in the property. After 1.5 hours, I took my parents to the grocery store so they could have access to restrooms, and after a total of two hours, I left another message and finally tried to get my exhausted parents settled into bed. It took my dad and I one hour to try to get my mom comfortable enough on the couch only so she could have a sleepless night. Next day, I received a phone call from Guest Services just before noon. Apparently there had been a communication breakdown between them and the local manager because Guest Services was not available 24/7. I was told the mgr should have contacted the Portland office so they could help me. I had to point out that the message on the Guest Services line was misleading as well. For my trouble, they offered to let me complete a survey, as that is the only way to get in touch with a manager. I completed the survey one week ago and still have not received a response. This company just continues to show their incompetence and lack of customer service. If this were my property, I would be livid knowing one of my guests had been treated this way. I know the intial mistake was mine, but I figured it never hurts to ask. The problem is that I was lead to believe I'd receive an immediate call back. I was with my elderly parents, but I could have had my small children with me which would have made things worse. Next time I'll stay home before I'll stay in one of their properties. Two flaming thumbs down. Vacasa sucks.
