It features a private swimming pool, hot tub spa, and fire pit, and the best lot and location in the development. Perhaps the best feature is the unobstructed northern views, which feel so close you can touch them. Expansive windows bring the red mountains inside, truly elevating the experience. Or even better, sitting on the shaded balcony provides a panorama unequaled in the area.
This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500.
