The host was very accommodating. The place was beautiful and very comfortable. Good location, walking/biking trails, pool, fitness room and Pickleball courts. Would definitely stay again.We had dinner at the Cliffhouse good food and a beautiful view of the city.

Chase is the best host we have ever experienced; fantastic communication skills, immediate response time and accommodating/welcoming. The space is squeaky clean, modern, upscale yet inviting and comfortable. Huge amount of space in the casita, comfortable bed and luxurious bath. We have stayed in this community before and love its clubhouse, pool and hot tub. Also, less than 10 minutes to Snow Canyon hiking, Tuchman theater/Saturday market and an easy walk and drive to local eateries. Quiet and beautiful location. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and owner was always available to help explain TV and thermostat operation. Suggestion: it would help to have a printout explaining how to adjust the thermostat (never was able to master that). Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay.

Gateway to Snow Canyon

We choose this location due to its proximity to Snow Canyon and amenities offered at the casita. It is within minutes of the state park! It is also minutes from a grocery store and several nice places to eat. The casita itself was very beautiful and I particularly loved the spa like bathroom! We enjoyed having coffee on the patio. It is on the street side however we really didn’t notice the traffic. We were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub and workout facilities. Highly recommend!

Desert bike getaway with biking friends

Lovely quiet Enjoyed the proximity to snow canyon trails Friends stayed there We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The kitchen space was much much smaller than i envisioned…only drawback.

Wonderful week in Ivins

We really enjoyed this casita in a small quiet gated community near Snow Canyon State Park. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with. We took advantage of the community workout room, hottub, and pickleball court as well. The casita seems new with a large bathroom with tub and shower as well as washer/dryer. The kitchen area is small but worked for us. We biked in to Snow Canyon several times for hiking and also biked to the Chuckwalla trails and to Ivins Unity park for tennis. The location of the casita is ideal. And the nearby FeelLove coffee shop is the bomb.

Perfect Place for One or Two

My husband and I needed to be in St. George for the weekend and this was the perfect place to stay! It is modern, quiet, and we loved the close proximity to Snow Canyon. Chase is an excellent host and did a great job of communicating with us prior to our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Ivins

This is such a prime location to go to the Parks. We were just down the road from my conference, so was convenient for our stay. Beautiful home. The pool was a nice extra as well. Will definitely consider coming back for a full vacation! Highly recommend.

Super Clean

The property was super clean and in a great location. The set up was a little different. If it was me, I would swap the bedroom and living/dining furniture as it was hard having breakfast so far from the kitchen area and not being able to relax and watch a football game from the couch. Bed was super comfy.

Perfect for Two

Beautiful, clean, modern, quiet. Comfortable bed. Large bright bathroom with spacious shower and separate tub. Plenty of closet storage w/ full size washer and dryer. Quick response from owner. Easy check in/out. Close to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn with biking/hiking trails just outside the door. Very nice pool, hot tub and pickleball courts just a few doors away. We'll be back.

Great Location for Zion and Surrounding

The casita was perfect for the two of us. The location in Irvin which is right by St George was great. Easy check-in, timely communication and nice accommodations make this a place we would revisit and recommend. Kitchen is limited without stove but there is a microwave and hot plate. This worked fine for us. Having the W/D was helpful. The bathroom is beautiful with walkin shower and tub. Thank you!
