Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again! Branka was an amazing host, very quick with communication, made sure we had everything we needed at check in and even offered an airport pick up (we didn’t need it but was a nice offer). Her place was cozy and comfortable with plenty of lthoughtful touches like snacks, mints on the kitchen table and information on local attractions. We also loved how convenient it is to Ithaca College and downtown Ithaca. Thank you Branka!

Loved our stay here!! The hosts have thought of everything — it’s well-stocked with everything you need. They are so kind and will go beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. The place is quiet and peaceful. It worked really well getting to / from campus. Close enough to take quick breaks between activities but far enough to feel away from “the grind.” Will definitely be back!

Parents Weekend Stay

We recently traveled to Ithaca for Parents Weekend and had the absolute pleasure of staying at this meticulos property. The hosts communication prior to and at arrival could not have been better. This warm and friendly family makes you feel right at home. The apartment is beautifully decorated and spotless. Every detail is thought of along with snacks, amenities for the bathroom etc. We will be back!

Great Stay

Our 3 person family visited Ithaca for a concert/long weekend and this was an excellent place for a small family. Everything was clean and tidy. Not "in town" so you don't get the noise of the city, but close enough that it's not an inconvenience to get around if you want to do in town activities.

So much better than a hotel!

We enjoyed quite a lovely stay. The apartment was so comfortable, cozy and clean! The hosts were amazing, providing clear communication, both via text/email as well as easy instructions for anything we might need inside the apartment. They thought of everything: from toiletries to snacks and cold waters to full-sized umbrellas by the door. Highly recommended!!

Charming downstairs apartment in quiet neighborhood

Extremely well maintained downstairs apartment. Kitchen looked like it had recently been renovated. Newer appliances. Lots of little extras, like water, snacks, toiletries, etc. Towels and linens were provided. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Hosts did a great job of communicating with us before and after we arrived.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this place. It was well equipped and the hosts were very kind. We will stay here again when we are in the area. It's a great location for biking, kayaking, and visiting all the waterfalls and state parks in the area.

Nice base for exploring Ithaca

Very well maintained and comfortable one bedroom unit in two level residential building. Everything was in great working order, furnishings are new. Pretty ideal for a couple who wants to do some of their own cooking. Owners live on top floor, friendly folks. Jacuzzi and outside table are included in set up.

Super time in Ithaca

This was probably one of the most enjoyable VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. We were there for our 60th High School reunion. The hosts were very helpful and great to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience (well I guess we could have asked but it would not have happened since everything was perfect). A very modern and spacious accommodation in a very quiet area. Deer were browsing this morning as we were preparing to leave. Very idyllic. Next time our travels take us to Ithaca, we will definitely stay here. You should too since you will not be disappointed. Bill and Lyn Thomas

Clean and comfortable

The space was absolutely clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and an electric tea kettle. There were snack items waiting for us. Branka was incredibly easy to communicate with. It was nice to have a Wegman's grocery store nearby. Sometimes we didn't feel like either cooking or eating out, so we liked buying some meals to heat up and eat. I'd definitely stay at this location again!

No detail overlooked! 5* Experience!

Branka and Zoran were the PERFECT hosts. Every little detail was attended to: spotlessly clean, hot water, great shower pressure, welcoming decor, streaming TV service with ALL the channels you love (HBO-MAX, NETFLIX, PARAMOUNT, DISNEY+ etc etc), extra bathroom essentials provided (SUPER fluffy towels, shampoo, toothpaste, youth brushes, mouthwash), snack basket, security nightlights to light your way to the private rear entrance (a little steep, so watch your step!), very cool in the summertime (a natural gas stove is provided for cozy winter nights), TRANQUIL setting where your door opens to 180 degrees of pristine forest with birds singing and chipmunks and squirrels playing in the morning), an adjustable bed (!), fan, spacious, clean fridge, fully supplied kitchen, comfy living room area. WI-FI. THUS PLACE HAS IT ALL at very reasonable rates for Ithaca. AVOID THE OVER-DEVELOPED AND NOW-CONGESTED ITHACA DOWNTOWN AREA: Stay with Branka and Zoran’s place and treat yourself to a real retreat! (Yes, they heaven provide a meticulously maintained SPA, right outside your door, even though we did not take advantage of it)

A Lovely Place to Stay

My family and I spent several days at Branka’s rental. It was perfect for the three of us. It was welcoming, sparkly clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. When we arrived we found a basket of snacks and cold water. Branka also thoughtfully treated us to a bottle of local wine to help us celebrate our anniversary. The apartment is located in a wooded neighborhood very close to downtown and the state parks. We especially liked listening to the birds while we ate our breakfast outside on the patio. It is a very sweet place and we would stay there again. .

One of the best places

Branka and her husband are one of best hosts in our experience. The property is super clean, well managed and hassel free. It's charming and cozy and the owners have put a lot of thought and work to make sure it has every amenity. Do stay here if you are in Ithaca.

Just what we needed!

The unit was exactly as advertised, only even more well-appointed than almost every other vrbo we've stayed in. And it was impeccably clean and nicely decorated. There were two nightstands with table lamps, earplugs (although we always bring our own), toiletries, extra pillows and blankets in the closets, a kitchen you could cook in (we made a double batch of soup while there). We arrived late after dark and although everything was exactly as described in the daylight, we couldn't see the house number and felt unsure of ourselves for a bit as the ranch houses all looked similar in the cul de sac. Once we were in, though, all was well. We appreciated knowing in advance that the family with young children lived above and that the unit was under their living quarters. We weren't bothered by the pitter patter of little feet (felt familiar and nostalgic to us who were in town to see our youngest who is a senior in college). We texted with the owners some and it was helpful and comforting to have them nearby. We appreciated the tourist info, and used one of the guides to find a beautiful hike nearby. We were grateful to stay here. It was a reasonably priced, comfortable, clean option. The owners are thoughtful, responsive, and clearly care about their guests' experience.
