Additionally, a mini market and several restaurants are within a 15 minute walk from the villa, making it easy to enjoy local amenities. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

The villa is a short 5 minute stroll from the azure waters of Santa Maria del Focallo's main beach, and you'll find a mini market and several restaurants within 15 minutes' walk.
