  • Escape to this stunning 3-bedroom, 3-bath tri-level villa tucked away in a peaceful corner of Wild Dunes, offering serene views of the lagoon and golf course. Perfect for families or groups, this spacious 1,890 sq. ft. retreat blends comfort and style with thoughtful touches throughout.

    The primary suite features a luxurious private bath with a large tiled walk-in shower, plus its own screened-in porch and sunroom for quiet relaxation. Each additional bedroom is beautifully appointed, and all include flat-screen TVs with streaming capabilities.

    Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher, a bright and airy living area with a private balcony, and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. Guests also have access to the community pool and tennis courts, and the beach is just a short 2.5-block stroll away.

    Linens are included. No smoking. No pets.

    Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Wild Dunes Condo

Property was in an amazing location, only a short walk to the beach! The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable 4 day stay. Can't wait to go back next year!

Wonderful stay

We had a great trip! The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved that we could easily walk to the smaller pool or a super quick drive to the beach and bigger pools at the wild dunes resort. This was also very affordable compared to others and I think it was nicer and bigger than some other options out there. Loved having all the bathrooms connected to the bedrooms too!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good and kitchen and bathroom updates very nice. However while we knew there were 2 levels we didn’t realize there were also more steps down to the Master and then up to the 3rd bedroom. Steps everywhere...not for us. Also the screens on the master porch were torn and the furniture dirty. The small deck off the main area had 2 filthy old plastic chairs so there was virtually nowhere we could be outside in the pretty weather.

Spacious and Clean Although a Schlep to the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice family vacation here. The beds were all comfortable (although the main bedroom could use fitted sheets with deeper pockets, as the corners kept popping off!). The villa feels spacious, and the kitchen is clean and had decent supplies (it's a little weird there are 2 dining tables, one which your legs don't really fit under...). We missed having an outdoor dining space, and FYI, the guest bath (upstairs) seemed to have water damage/mold on the ceiling and should be checked out. Also, the main bedroom blinds need repair and were broken when we arrived (a little awkward, since it's right on the golf course, but we were able to get them to mostly close). Some furniture/carpet feels a little tired, but it's vacation place at the beach, so ok. The pool is quite nice, and the tennis courts super convenient. Our biggest complaint is that the walk to the beach was farther than we'd been told it was, and longer than it looks on the map. It was probably a 3.75/5 for us (if you're a golfer, you'd likely love the location).

Very close to the pool and tennis courts, and just a few blocks from the beach...none of the reviews told us exactly where to go for the beach, but it is written on the fridge where to enter. The property itself had everything we needed, and the master bathroom is huge! Only minor complaint was we did a load of laundry, and when I checked the clothes in the dryer, when you open the dryer door, the clothes don’t stop spinning, you have to turn the cycle to “off“, which I’ve never seen before, so be careful of any small children are checking the dryer. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Great place

We were really happy with this place and location. It was a great size for 4 of us. The community pool was great and loved access to the courts as an additional option. We love wild dunes tennis center and it was a quick drive over there. The place was clean and overall nice. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but not the biggest deal. We’d return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first vacation rental and the experience was good. There were a few minor details that need to be fixed. The unit needed to have the front door replaced and screened door. Both had a crack where air was coming inside. The bed spreads had stains on them and they needed to be replaced. The rooms downstairs were very cold and the temperature couldn't be adjusted. Watch out for the alligators. Didn't see that coming.

A bit of a hike to the beach but the pool area was very nice and also has basketball, tennis etc. Nicely redone inside. The beds in the two bed room really need t be replaced. They are too hard. My 13 year old slept on the sofa because he said they were so hard. And he will sleep any where. Other beds were fine. It is a really nice place...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really nice visit to this property. It is very clean and has been nicely updated. We had plenty of space to spread out. It is somewhat close to a beach access but you will need to rent a golf cart to get to it easily. The unit has a golf cart but is designated only for the owner's use now. There is a hose in the garage that you can pull out into the driveway to hose off sand but this was not terribly convenient. We found ourselves wishing for an outdoor shower so as to not track sand all through the unit. The kitchen was well equipped and has nice windows that let in a good amount of light. The bar was a nice spot for my kids to sit and eat.The mattresses were very hard and could stand to be replaced soon. Overall though we were very happy with our stay and would consider staying there again.
