Updated, Partial Ocean View Seagrove Villa!

The Seagrove community of well-maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. This prime location is perfect for you to relax and enjoy the ocean view from this bright 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo.

This newly renovated condo has a unique design with gorgeous wood features throughout. Entering the unit, you are greeted by a pleasant beach feel and one-of-a-kind decorations. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room. The living room leads to your ocean view balcony with seating for 6 guests. Enjoy the ocean breeze and take in the glorious scenery!

Down the hallway will be the two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and private bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with one queen, and one twin bed. It also has a TV, and a bathroom accessible from the hallway. For your convenience, the condo has a washer and dryer, parking for at least two cars, WiFi, and a community pool.

**Beginning January 28th, Seagrove Villas will be replacing all roofs in this complex which will take several weeks to complete. We do not have an exact timeline for each building, but please reach out to our team if you plan to book and we will be happy to check on any updates at that time.

The place was extremely clean, nice, and had every amenity that we would ever need. The only issue we had was that the side bedroom was extremely warm. We would wake up covered in sweat in the middle of the night. I messaged the property managers and they were very attentive in sending someone to help remedy the problem. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t completely resolved, but we made do with it and used boxed fans to help offset the warmer temps in the bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property with great view. All was as advertised and the property management company was very responsive when we had questions before arriving. Building and units are not well marked so be careful not to go to the wrong condo! I would certainly stay there again

Bad Mattresses- Overpriced!

Don’t like to give negative reviews, however need to be honest! The King, & Queen beds were terrible- too soft. Caused a back ache. Couldn’t sleep the whole time.

Top notch

This property was better than advertised! Excellent location and convenient to Wild Dunes amenities. The short walk to the beach was great and the view from the balcony was amazing. The condo is quite large and well appointed. The decor and colors chosen were excellent. The condo was largely open and it was certainly flooded with natural light which I certainly appreciated. The Tv was in a little bit of an awkward orientation to the couch but seriously, who cares. If you’re there for Tv then you'd be better served to stay home! You will NOT be disappointed!

Great Location

This condo offers everything you need and great access to the pool and beach. The lighting issue we reported on arrival was dealt with promptly. The pool was well-maintained and during the last week in September it was not crowded. The pictures don’t show slight change in furniture, but everything was functionally the same.

Just Ok.

Overall this property has a great location, easy access to the pool/beach, nice view of both from the patio. The property itself is just okay. Furniture is not comfortable nor conducive to family gatherings, bedding was terrible (not as pictured), upstairs guests and loud a/c ducts made sleeping difficult. There is a lot they could do to better this listing. There are literals NO extras. No beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, games, trash bags, kitchen staples.... nothing. Bare bones. I've come to expect things like this when I book a vacation property and they are real value added options. Disappointed over all but we had a great week. We will not be booking this property again. It was fine, but we can do better for the price.

Piece of Paradise

Walking out on the deck after arriving and overlooking the pool and ocean was incredible, the ocean breeze kept the deck cool all day. The condo itself was beautiful and well decorated. The pool and ocean were just steps away. We definitely will stay here again.

Wild Dunes not capable of rapid growth and providing same quality experience.

This condo was just ok. WiFi did not work along with dishwasher. Sweetgrass folks came and repaired dishwasher within the hour. Noisy maintenance project in condo next door, along with walking around and through their equipment.

Wonderful property and location

We truly enjoyed our stay in 4B. Condo was clean and well-appointed. There was even a box fan in the closet for the back bedroom which can get a little warm. Condo has easy access to the pool, the beach and the tennis center.

Perfect Beach Stay

Our family of four had a fantastic time at this property! You can walk to the beach, pool, and the resort very easily. It was clean and easy to check in. It is also a short drive to Charleston as well. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Perfect getaway!

We booked this last August for my husbands surprise 50th getaway to the PGA Championship! Location was perfect, property management was responsive. Bedrooms were a little warm (not a lot of air flow). Overall experience 5 stars! Thank you!
