  • 2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Just reach out, or visit our beach project page on our website for the latest.





    Spacious, beautiful, immaculate — and so walkable to the beach, pickleball courts, and pool that guests say it couldn’t have been more perfect.

    Fairway Dunes 14 is a stunning three-bedroom home in Wild Dunes with everything groups and families love: generous living spaces, comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and a location that puts the Fairway Dunes pool, pickleball and tennis courts, and the beach all within easy walking distance. The home is well-maintained, beautifully presented, and Deserving Vacations is super quick to respond to any question.

    Whether it’s a golf getaway, a girls’ trip, or a family vacation, FW14 delivers. Guests leave wanting to book it again immediately — and many do.

    Please note: Condo regulations prohibit guests from using the fireplace.

    Fairway Dunes 14 guests have access to the Fairway Dunes community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

    The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

This was a great place to stay! We loved the location, the layout and the view of the golf course. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with common use items. The tennis court, pickleball courts, pool and basketball court were all very nice. The garage space for bike storage was ideal. We loved it!

Great spot for a family beach trip with plenty of space to spread out. The screened in porch was a popular hangout in the evenings. Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean. Pool is right there, beach just a short walk. Small critique: the stairs need to be rebuilt, very creaky.

The property was perfect for our crew of parents, a 5 year old and 2 teens. The small room with a bunk bed for perfect for our little guy. Owner was very responsive to a leaking sink, had it replaced within a few hours. Beach was walking distance, with a golf cart you can drive even closer to minimize the walk. Pool is not even a minute walk from the property and was minimally used by other families while we were there.

Great place to bring teen kids

We were pleased with our stay! We had teens with us so the way it is laid out is perfect. The condo is a short walk from the pool, beach, tennis, and basketball court. The owner was easy to reach for questions. The only issue we had was the washing machine having trouble but didn’t realize it til the end of the week.

Fantastic Property!

I booked this space to surprise my daughter for her birthday with a couple of her closest friends and it exceeded my expectations! Cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in - and the photos don’t do it justice; it’s even better in person. It’s equipped with everything you need and nothing done on the cheap. Beach is walking distance and they have provided beach chairs that you can wear as backpacks so that you have free hands, which I loved. Neighbors are friendly, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We very much enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and enjoying the evenings overlooking the golf course. Cannot say enough nice things, we will be back for sure!!

Great condo for families

Brought our 2 teen grands and their Dad from CA for a sort beach trip. This condo was just perfect for our stay. They each had a bedroom as one loved the small bunk “ room” which was perfect for her. Nice bedrooms and 3 baths made sharing easy. Nice view of golf course and a green right at our balcony/porch which provided some entertainment! 5 min walk to beach is easy. Pool lovely and within steps of condo. Kitchen nicely appointed except for extra dish towels. We only had one and limited bath towels. The washer did not work but maintenance was VERY responsive and nice and aware of issue. Housecleaning would have brought more towels but since our stay was short we worked it out. A few electric outlets did not work however not a big deal for us.( main bathroom) Appears recently renovated , very nice furniture- lovely screened porch. Will definitely book again!

Great property for a family

Our family of five really enjoyed this property. Good sleeping accommodations for up to 7 people. Loved the location on the golf course and the proximity to the beach. Would recommend to family and friends.
