Light, bright, and beachy oceanfront condo on the 1st floor! Enjoy your private balcony with weatherproof teak decking and new outdoor furniture (as of 2024) to enjoy the view and beach breeze! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, featuring a Viking Refrigerator with icemaker. Now offering both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig that brews with K-Cups or ground coffee using the included reusable filter—perfect for every coffee preference! The decor is thoughtfully curated with beach-themed accents to enhance your stay.

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through Spring 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Great Location

If access to the beach and local shops/restaurants is what you're looking for, this is your place.The pool and beach are literally steps away for easy access. Our "sea cabin" was a little outdated and had peeling cabinet laminate and flooring, but was nice enough. The bedroom was literally just big enough to fit the bed with little room on either side of it.

Seconds to the beach

Love the location of this condo being close to the beach and on the ground level. Cozy bed, great patio. Quaint and everything we needed for an anniversary getaway.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lets start with the main bedroom. The mattress was terrible and needed replaced. The bed squeaked all the time. The comforter was not the right size for the bed. The light on the walkway outside the window lit the room so bad you could have read a book because the blinds did nothing to block the light. Bathroom needed updated as did the kitchen. The pans provided should have been in the trash. The sliding glass door did not lock but at least they provided wood for security. The pictures on the site do not represent the current condition of the property On the positive side check in was easy and people are nice. The door lock system is great no keys. Location was nice with great parking. All the guests were very friendly.

Everyone we talked to in the area was so nice and friendly. Only think I would like to see is the bed upgrade it is very broke down and the blinds in bedroom didn’t shut. Ever thing else was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in a number of Sea Cabins over the years and I regret to say that #109A was among the most poorly maintained and least comfortably furnished I have experienced. Granted, it is not rated as deluxe; its first floor A building location is convenient. But the following detract from a vacation in this Cabin: aged saggy mattress on bed; thin blinds in bedroom that do not eliminate bright night light from corridor outside bedroom; broken unclosing closet door in bedroom; broken blinds in living room; broken unlockable sliding glass door in living room; broken unusable hair dryer; splintering wood on porch floor; dirty grout between bathroom floor tiles; peeling paint and veneer on cabinetry other woodwork; threadbare blankets and spreads; and only three dinner forks in kitchen. A positive factor is that the couch is very comfortable. Since rental prices for Sea Cabins are increasingly steep and Island Realty's fees increase the cost even further, 109A is not a good value, compared to other units and other nearby properties, for an IOP vacation.

The fridge was rusted on outside door but was very clean on inside. Just older unit that looks good in the picture but not in person. Won't rent this place ever again.

This Sea Cabin was nicely decorated (we loved the subway tile), in good shape and clean, and best of all - RIGHT ON THE BEACH!
