Charming Beach Cottage. Designer Furnished with rich hard wood floors. Large Kitchen with Screened Porch overlooking the Pelican Bay Lagoon. Soaring Vaulted Ceilings in Living Room. Ample parking for 4 cars. Large LCD TVs in Living Room and bedrooms.

1800 sq ft with 3 large bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first floor features a master suite with an en suite bathroom. Second Floor offers a two great bedrooms with en suite baths and private balconies. Kids room with private bath offers a Daybed with a Twin trundle and a Twin bed.

This home is located in beautiful Wild Dunes, just a short distance to the beach and Pelican Bay neighborhood Pool. Heated Outdoor Shower also on garage level.

Includes free parking in driveway, a supply of linens and towels per occupancy, washer and dryer, TV, initial starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans.

All reservations (3-21 nights) will receive $250 credit toward VayK Life!

INTERNET: High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is nonintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service.

PLEASE NOTE: Community Pool closed from September 30th - April 1st. Non Smoking Property. No Pets allowed. Property does not have an elevator. Fireplace is not available for guest use. Must be 25 years or older to book. Please contact us with any questions!

*IOP City will begin Shoal Management Beach Renourishment project starting April 7th and is projected to be completed by the end of May. Crews will use emergency access paths near Wild Dunes Property Owners Beach House. Operation are moving between Seagrove to Dunescrest Ln and from Seascape to Ocean Club. Noise/disruption of equipment moving through this area is possible. Equipment is expected to run during low-tide only.

Great late spring stay

We had a nice spring break with the family. House was clean, well-equipped and well-situated a short walk from the beach. We loved watching the turtles, birds and alligator in the lagoon from the screened porch. Really liked the convenience of ordering the beach equipment.

Great house - felt like home!

This was our first visit to IOP. I liked that the house was located within Wild Dunes. We rented bikes for the 3 teenagers and the WD resort was great for them to have their freedom but still safe - no worries for us parents. Loved the house - perfect layout, very spacious. The kids stayed upstairs, boys shared one bedroom with the two twin beds and daughter in other bedroom. They each had their own bathroom and TV and room to just hangout and relax. Master Suite is located downstairs, roomy and well furnished.The management company Carolina One was fantastic - they understand the concept of communicating well! Made for a very easy enjoyable trip!

18 Pelican Reach June 24'

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in June 24'. The location in the Wild Dunes resort is perfect. A short walk to the beach and community pool and a quick bike or cart ride to the other amenities of the resort. The cottage is on a quiet street next to a lagoon you can enjoy from the rear screened in porch. The property itself is a little dated but well-kept and clean. The furnishings are eclectic and comfortable. We liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower. A great place for a party of up to 6 people. We would highly recommend it.

The house was clean and comfortable. A little rough around the edges and could use new pillows, but overall a great place. There was a fair amount of wildlife. We saw alligator, birds, ducks, deer, and turtles right off the screened in porch. The only thing we did not see (and glad we did not) was coyotes. It is a short walk to the beach, pool, and resort. The neighborhood was quiet. All appliances and TVs worked. Was pleased to see that there was a recycling bin. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Fun in the sun

The house on Wild Dunes was situated on a lagoon where we could see an alligator sunning himself on the opposite bank alongside a group of turtles. Carp jumped in the lake and herons walked the property. The proximity to nature, the rolling paved trails for biking and running and proximity to the beautiful beach made this one of our best family trips ever.

Great family vacation

This was our 4th visit to Wild Dunes and the best yet. This house was great. It was comfortable and functional. Working bbq was great. Screen in porch was great to sit outside with no risk of mosquitoes. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. Very quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach. The house could use some updates (rugs, exterior paint, small hole in screen porch and a few other maintenance items). Overall, nice home and great stay.

Great place, wish the pool were open.

It is a great place. Back porch is where we spent all of our time when we were at the house. Nice, quiet neighborhood with friendly people staying in some of the other houses. Only issue we had is pool was closed by orders of the governor, but all the other pools we saw were open. It made no sense. We didn't let it bother us.

Perfect location for families

Our family had a wonderful vacation at Pelican Bay. We were a short walk to the pool and the beautiful beach. The screened in back patio was a wonderful place to have coffee in the morning. The adults as well as the children had something fun to do.

Great location, the home was very spacious. The master bed was nice but the other beds were not comfortable. There was a perfume smell in the master bedroom. My husband could t smell it but I do have a sensitive nose. The place was spotless clean

Great Location

The house was perfect for our family of 6. Very clean and nicely decorated. Was a short walk to the beach and the pool I loved the Wild Dunes area, lots of lush greenery and we enjoyed riding our rented bikes on the walking/bike paths.

Overall, great house with all amenities needed for a wonderful stay short walk to beach and pool. 2 living room chairs could use newer cushions. slipcover on leather couch slides around to much.
