    Beach Club Villa 27 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa in one of Wild Dunes’ most sought-after communities — and it delivers exactly what a great IOP vacation should feel like. Just steps from the sand, the ocean, and the Beach Club Villa oceanfront pool, BCV27 is large enough for groups and families of up to 8 guests, yet thoughtfully laid out so everyone has their own space.

    The villa is extremely well stocked — especially the kitchen, which guests consistently rave about. A covered walk-out screened porch with ocean views, great indoor spaces, and a pantry that makes it easy to settle in for a week. Wild Dunes’ golf, spa, dining, and bike trails are all within reach, and the beach walkout means the Atlantic is never more than a quick stroll away.

    Beach Club Villa 27 guests have exclusive access to the Beach Club Villa oceanfront pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

    The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

We enjoyed our stay and I am a person that like a clean place to stay. The outside doesn’t give the place justice.The inside was clean and the space was appropriate for what our family needed. We would use this property again The location was right on the beach! I heard the waves each night ! Smile ALEC is AMAZING!! It was easy to check and checkout

Lovely unit in a nice location with ocean view and close to the pool. We had a full day of rain so couldn't do much outside. The unit was less stocked than any other rental we've been to--stingy on soap, supplies, no salt or pepper even, etc. and a place at the beach should have beach towels--we couldn't bring them on the plane.Wild Dunes is really nice.

I don’t think the management company checks after their cleaners. Dining table and chairs still has sand. Nice unit but wouldn’t stay there again. There are other nicer and cleaner units for the same price.

Wonderful place

Great place to relax and feel right at home while on vacation. Walk to the beach and friendly/safe neighborhood. The Villa had everything we could ask for. Would go back in a heart beat!

This unit fit our needs in every way (two adults and two 20 year old boys). It was represented accurately through the photos, was clean, and offered an easy walk across the grass to the beach. We enjoyed this location walkable to tennis courts as well. Will return.

Wonderful villa on the water

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa in Isle of Palms. It was clean, the furnishings were beautiful, and it was stocked with everything we needed. Check in and check out were very easy. I would highly recommend it! Beautiful views of the ocean.

Perfect location, comfortable rooms

Great location, nice resort amenities, comfortable and nicely decorated, well-stocked kitchen, extra blankets. Loved the screened porch. Easy access to beach, pool and other resort amenities. Hope to be back.

Highly Recommend!

Beautiful property located on the beach! We came down for our son’s graduation. Property was in perfect condition and had everything we needed. Just rent some beach chairs and beach towels and enjoy! Lots to do around area also! Would definitely rent again.

Awesome Villa

We love Beach Club Villas and this unit didn’t disappoint. It was clean and very nicely furnished with plenty of seating for everyone. And you can’t beat this location. The only change I would want is the 1/2 bath on main level that’s available in some units.

This was one of those trips where fate was against us from the start. We walked in and the refrigerator was not working. Nobody's fault, just unfortunate timing for us. The measure for us of how much we let a situation like that get to us is how the host responds to the problem.Alec and his crew were responsive and as helpful as could be under the circumstances. A tech was sent out the next morning, and Alec sent someone to bring us a cooler and ice to try and salvage as much of the food we had just purchased at the grocery store as possible. The fridge could not be fixed so by the morning of day 3 a brand new one arrived and we were given a fair credit back to cover the food that we could not save and the inconvenience. Highly recommend this company based on this experience.
