Tucked away on the first floor at The Ocean Inn, this sunny studio condo is the perfect place for a laid-back beach retreat. With plenty of natural light flooding the space and an outdoor sitting area, you’ll feel relaxed and at ease the moment you walk in. Located just a block from beach access—without the high-rise price tag—this cozy studio is all about convenience and comfort.

Styled with a fun lighthouse and Tommy Bahama theme, this studio is a tropical escape at heart. The king-sized bed is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of sun and sand, and the queen-sized sofa bed offers a comfy option for extra guests. The bathroom, neatly tucked between the two sleeping areas, ensures a bit of privacy for those using the sofa bed. For cozy nights in, a Smart TV provides entertainment when the beach weather isn’t cooperating.

The true highlight of this studio is its unbeatable location. Just steps from all the amenities you need—coin laundry, a refreshing pool, a grill area for a BBQ night, and free parking—everything is at your fingertips. And the beach? It's only a short walk away, so you can easily swap your flip-flops for your bathing suit and be on the sand in no time. Want to explore? You’re also within walking distance to some of the island’s best restaurants, bars, and shops.

While this studio doesn’t have a full kitchen, the kitchenette is designed to meet your simple cooking needs. You’ll find a large toaster oven, regular toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and even a countertop induction cooktop. Just bring the ingredients—everything else is ready for you to whip up easy meals or your morning coffee. (Note: The induction cooktop works best with steel-bottomed pans, which are provided!)

Island Adventures Await: For those looking to explore, the complex is conveniently located near the Isle of Palms Connector, making it easy to get to Mount Pleasant’s Towne Center or take a 25-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston. Whether you're heading into the city to see the sights or enjoy a world-class meal, you’ll have easy access to all that Charleston has to offer. And if you’d rather stay close to home, there’s no shortage of excellent dining and entertainment options right on the island.

Pet-Friendly Perks: Traveling with your four-legged friend? This studio is dog-friendly (just check with us first to pre-approve pets, as certain larger breeds aren't allowed). A pet fee, based on your dog’s weight, is added as an extra guest fee. You’ll find everything your pup needs nearby, including a vet clinic, emergency clinic, and pet stores in Mount Pleasant.

**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

The condo was exactly as described and looked just like the pictures. Everything was perfect for a quiet getaway. The location is great, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Quiet retreat

I was in town for family reasons and we wanted to stay near the water but not in the fray of Spring Break. The studio was the perfect size for two people, very clean, had everything we needed, and was within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and beach access.

Really nice place to relax

This place is exactly as described. It was a clean and quiet. The location in Isle of Palms is perfect. You're close to everything and it's an easy stroll to the beach itself. It was comfortable for the two of us and our senior dog. The host provided thoughtful amenities that made us quite comfortable.

This is a perfect location if you plan on spending most of your time on Isle of Palms. It is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants on the Isle. The condo was just as described and communication with the host was very easy. Even if you are looking to venture off the island, it is just a short ride to downtown. I will definitely want to stay here on our next trip!

Great clean cozy studio!

We enjoyed our first visit here and will definitely be coming back. Everything was within walking distance, very convenient location. Well stocked, all we needed was groceries. Property manager was super informative and helpful. Clean and quiet, highly recommend. Most of the people we met there were returning guests.

Isle of Palms Beach Trip at Ocean View

We had an awesome stay in our air B&B at the Isle of Palms Ocean View. There were many special touches and and and things to welcome us. We loved the lime cookies. And our pups couldn't resist the dog cookies right away either. It seemed you had every little thing we needed that we didn't think to bring . We enjoyed our time and fel like it was hime away from hime. Communication with Beth was so quick. She was easy to communi with and resolve any questions. The short walk to the beach isnt bad, it is sidewalk to thewooden walk over the sand. And the shops and restaurants are so close to, you can walk there also.

Great Find

We really enjoyed staying at Picture Perfect. The place was beautifully decorated. The king sized bed slept very comfortably. It was an ideal place for my husband and I to have a short getaway. The condo was supplied with everything we needed plus extras like treats and doggie bags for our dog. Short walk to the beach and nice pool area made it easy to enjoy the sun, sand and water. We parked the car when we arrived and were able to walk to the restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend and we will be back.

Great place to stay for a couple and pets! Bed was so comfortable, cute little place and everything is convenient and walking distance. We will return here. We have found our spot at IOP. Very nice meeting Beth the owner as we were out walking our little dogs.
