10B Mariners Walk, Wild Dunes

This spacious and updated one-bedroom villa is perfect for your stay on Isle of Palms. Located in the Mariner's Walk complex within the Wild Dunes resort, this unit is steps away from the pool and a two minute walk from the beach.This condo offers an open layout on two floors for extra privacy with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and living room and dining areas downstairs. Unique to this unit there is a half bath on the first floor as well for guest staying on the downstairs sofa bed that offers additional sleeping on a queen memory foam pullout. The villa's screened-in patio includes a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while sipping coffee or dining al fresco. The renovated pool for Mariner's Walk has ample space where you can spread out and relax when not feeling the sand in between your toes!



MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 4. THIS IS ENFORCED PER IOP REGULATIONS.

NO PARTIES PERMITTED OF ANY KIND! NOISE ORDINANCE STRICTLY ENFORCED. NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES PERMITTED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays.

Starter kit provided which includes toiletry amenities and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet tissue, dish soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent and trash bags) for the first 24-48 hours of your trip.


Please note - The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Sparkling clean condo and beautifully updated. The pictures didn't do it justice. The hanging daybed on the porch was my reading spot. Very comfortable. We loved the layout. Communications were excellent and the check in was a breeze. Check out was also a breeze. Really impressed with this entire experience.

Loved how everything was so near to each other the a/c was too cold but we tired to lower it. Loved everything about this place with everything you needed and place was very nice. Fridge needed some work, but nothing to complain about. Loved this place. Would stay again.

We just stayed at this wonderful condo! It was exactly as described, but truly better in person. It was so conveniently located to the beach and the porch bed became our whole personality. It is so cozy, clean, and super stocked. We absolutely loved our week in this condo and would definitely come back

Just Book it!

Absolutely wonderful place. Even better than it looks in the photos. Great view of the ocean, super short walk to the beach. So impressed with how clean the place was. Well worth it- stop searching for places and just book this one.

Vacation and Baseball

Our first time to Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes. This property in Mariners Walk was perfect for our family of 3! The inside was immaculately clean and true to the pictures!! The patio was our favorite. We sit on the day bed swing for hours especially of the morning while drinking coffee. It offers a great view of the fun that lays ahead with the pool just steps away and the ocean view on the horizon over the dunes! The condo functioned perfectly with plenty of space. A bathroom downstairs and full master bathroom upstairs. The couch bed was perfect and very comfortable for sleeping! In addition to vacation, my son was playing travel baseball at the Shipyard Baseball Complex. This location was an easy drive on the mornings he had games. Lastly, convenient parking right out front of the condo! Made it easy for loading and unloading! We would love to return!

Charming condo

This charming condo was a perfect place to spend our vacation at IOP last week. It was adorably decorated, and the location provided perfect, easy access to the beach and pool. It was one of the best-appointed condos I have ever stayed in and was so clean which to me can make or break your stay. The porch with the swing was just icing on the cake and was perfect for a morning cup of coffee and a good book. I can highly recommend this condo!
