"Estuve solo un día para poder llegar a un vuelo temprano en Suva y la verdad es que fue una grata sorpresa, venia de un resort 5 estrellas y la verdad es que salvando las distancias, y si toman un bongaslow con aire acondicionado, no tienen que envidiarle . El entorno es muy lindo, la reserva es fantástica, me recordaba a las cataratas del Iguazu. La atención es muy amable y el baño compartido que pensé que no iba a usar, muy limpio y bien provisto."

"We had no hot water during our stay. The staff had no idea what was happening. They kept lying to us that we will get hot water soon. Breakfast was terrible. No choices."

"Our room overlooked the sea and we had a patio on the second floor. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. Our room was maintained daily which was nice to come back and have a fresh bed and towels. The connivence of having little shops on the premises and very local enough to walk to with a sunny view and sunset view in the evenings was something else. Would 1000% go back if for nothing else but to see the family we made whilst staying. 🌸❤️🙏"

The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. "Overall, a very pleasant experience staying at Novotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering late check out, uninitiated by me, at no extra cost. I would definitely pay the extra for the second floor rooms (deluxe room and above). The increase in price is relatively minor, and the privacy and views from your balcony is well worth it. I would be wary of the restaurant, however. I ordered pasta that had a broken, oily sauce, and a creme brulee that was obviously baked...

"Good spot on quiet road. Beach & snorkeling across the road. Rooms good size. The pool is nice and food at the restaurant is good. Breakfast is basic. But easy walk to a few cafes etc. It is good value for money place to stay."
