Nestled within a pristine caldera near Yellowstone National Park, our exclusive, privately owned Island Park Lake is a true hidden gem. Spanning 80 acres, this breathtaking lake is stocked with trout year-round, offering our guests unparalleled fishing experiences right at their doorstep. Whether you're casting a line from the shore or fishing one of the many smaller trout ponds scattered across our 265 acres, you’ll have endless opportunities to reel in your catch in absolute serenity. Entire property is available to guests! All 265 acres! The 80 acre Lake is available as well. Please swim at your own risk.

A second lodge is located on the property and guests may be visiting there as well. They will share and have access to the lake and acreage.

NO access:
-The Laughlin neighbor property and cabin is not to be accessed. Please be very respectful to our mountain neighbors.

-The historic Teton Lodge property is not to be accessed. Please stay away from the old lodge and do not enter. No trespassing into or around this decaying property.
