"It was just lovely here. The room was great, clean and had quite a few little touches that I found very thoughtful. The code to get in will not work until check in time though… it’s automated, we were about 10mins early and it didn’t open the door. A cleaner let us put our things inside. I would recommend and choose to stay here again."

The room we had was OK but very noisy as you can hear every creak when you or somebody above is walking across the floor or past the room in the corridor outside. Cleaning was very poor as after cleaner had been, the beds hadn’t been made and the floors hadn’t been cleaned as bits were still there from before they started. "Kelly the host is really nice. Very up to date decor, however room wasnt the cleanest. Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. I phoned Kelly and she explained she would come and check it out within 10 mins. Upon arriving back at hotel having been out all day, our room was still unlocked. "Excellent central location. Parking available on streets nearby. Only fault was the bed/mattress was really hard/incomfortable so would put us off staying again"

"Basic room however a heater is included and bed was clean and unlike some local alternatives didn't have bed bugs, unfortunately I had an issue when I arrived back in the room it was quite like nearly 11pm I messaged the hosts and it was literally fully resolved in space of 5 mins I will definitely be visiting again "

"Simply brilliant, it’s my go to whenever I’m staying in Blackpool. A 20mins walk into central Blackpool along the waterfront. A bonus having parking right outside the hotel. Had breakfast and dinner here which was lovely. A friendly family run hotel with nothing bother so thankyou"
