"Rebak Island Resort is a relaxing laid back place to stay and lots of local wildlife at your doorstep. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and easy, fast ferry to Langkawi if you don't want to eat dinner in the resort. We were spoilt and stayed 1 week at their sister resort Pelangi so found the customer service to be a little lacking. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with some training. We loved the 2 x happy hours at the pool bars. Disappointed that the rooms don't allow for 2 twin beds when booking...

"What an IDYLLIC place to stay while vacationing on this beautiful island of Langkawi. The owner/manager Mr. T is super friendly as are the entire staff. Mr. T knows Langkawi like the back of his hand, and will guide you to every attraction in Langkawi. For the price we paid, we were surprised that breakfast was included. "Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel. "

"During my previous visit to Langkawi, I used a day pass at Tanjung Rhu Resort and promised myself I would stay here next time. This stay exceeded all my expectations and was truly wonderful! "I would avoid this hotel at all cost. Unfortunately it looks nothing like the pictures. It is very run down. We found ants in the room. The pillows were stained. The towels were not new. The shower in the bathroom was half broken. It was really unclean. We were so uncomfortable that we eventually booked another hotel. It's a shame because the location is really good. They just really need to renovate and get better cleaners."
