The property flooded one night, property manager did clean up the downstairs but not the bedrooms. We also had to have the pipe in the kitchen sink replaced while we were there.

Isla Getaway

My husband and I rented this place with another couple for our 10 year anniversary. The location was great and everything was exactly as expected/shown in pictures. We brought pool floaties to use which was nice. Got a little wet by the doors when it rained one night. Could t figure out how to get the dryer to work but the washing part worked well and we hung our clothes up to dry in the sun. Good location at an affordable price. Close to the supermarket where we bought things to make our own meals and drinks.

Good enough

We had 7 of us traveling together (parents, kids and girlfriends. It was nice each couple had own bedroom and bathroom. Although water pressure did not work the first 2-3 days. Property maintenance was responsive and did try to fix each day but didn’t work…ended up needing a part that finally fixed issue on 3rd day. Average accommodations beds are fine, bathrooms with plenty of toiletries and kitchen items (dishes, cups, utensils, pans etc.) adequate. Overall decent location (mid island) having golf cart was nice to come and go. Walking distance to Oscar’s and Mango Cafe both great places to eat. Other places within walking distance (grocery store). We were not at the house much since so much to do around the island. Area felt safe and welcoming. Island atmosphere is best for adults in my opinion…our teens (ages 20-14) would have benefited from more of an all inclusive resort style vacation. If you’re not picky and need room for a number of people this home is good enough.

Perfect for us

This property is located mid-island, the perfect location. We rented two golf carts which the driveway nicely accommodated. The house is a short cart ride from the ferry, a 1 minute ride to the grocery store and the location makes exploring both ends of the island easy. The pool was clean as well as the home. Communication was good - we used WhatsApp with our property manager and two concierge planners. The concierge was very helpful and quick to respond. We enjoyed this home and would rent it again.
