Simi-private pool located on the top floor with private cabana. (Pool is shared with the other Penthouse owner and building owner and is rarely used outside of summer.) Private sitting area, BBQ pit and 1/2 bath located by the infinity pool. Unobstructed views of sunrise and sunset. Excellent food just downstairs at Sunset Grill. Walk to Soggy Peso for food and drinks. 5 min golf cart ride to downtown and ferry. Chef available for dining at home. Maximun occupany is 6. ( 4 adults and 2 children).Boutique hotel located next door for overflow guests. Fully permitted for vacation rentals. It’s 4 night minimum unless there are less days between rentals let’s us know your dates has a blow up queen mattress on request.
