We come to the island regularly and we really enjoy the south side of the island more than the city in the north and being close to Punta Sir is right up our alley. This place was new and clean and had a lot of great amenities. Although it was a little hard to find with the stated directions, we managed to find it after a couple of wrong turns. The kitchen was fully stocked and although the refrigerator was a little smaller than what we needed, we made it work. We had a couple of small issues like there was no hot water in the master suite shower, the water pressure was very low for our entire stay, the rooftop pool had algae growing in it and there was no guard around it leaving a direct fall to the ground below of four stories. Other than that this place rocks, the furniture was comfortable, the bathrooms were very user friendly with double sinks. The property has a couple of shared pools, which we did not end up using, but were nice and new and clean. The the ocean views were breathtaking and the continuous breeze made it very comfortable even on hotter days. We will be staying here again and hopefully by then they can work out the small kinks, but I would definitely refer this to anyone that wants to stay in a new condo with great amenities off the beaten path.
