La Poza is a boutique condo facility located in the heart of downtown Isla Mujeres. La Poza is a six-story building with an elevator and a shared rooftop with a spectacular infinity pool with 360-degree views. This design positions you in the convenient heart of downtown while keeping the bustle at bay while you sunbathe from our rooftop pool.

If you are interested in renting more than one condo, please let us know. We have multiple one and two-bedroom condos located in La Poza.

This modernly designed, third-floor, one-bedroom condo is the perfect choice for your vacation to Isla Mujeres. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 3 adults. With La Poza's ideal and peaceful location, in the heart of downtown, convenience is on your doorstep.

Enjoy your airy and modern air-conditioned, spacious living area with a large leather sectional. Indulge in this tranquil and quiet escape in the center of all the action on Isla Mujeres. Open your large, glass patio doors from your living area and start your day in paradise with breakfast and a coffee from your balcony or from our ocean view rooftop pool.

At La Poza, you are located just steps away from the main pedestrian street, Avenida Hidalgo, lined with vibrant bars, delicious restaurants, street cafes, and shops. This awesome location also places you only a block and a half from the soft white sand and turquoise blue waters of Playa Norte, one of the top ten beaches in the world.

From here you can spend your days exploring paradise, relaxing with a cocktail and your toes in the sand on the beach, or wandering around the shops looking for the perfect souvenirs to take back with you.

Upon your return to your condo, relax and cool off in our rooftop pool, or why not sit back on your sofa and watch something on your TV, or choose a film or your favorite TV show from Netflix? Wash the sand and salt away in your large, full bathroom, with access from the bedroom and from the living area.

The kitchen comes complete with everything that you will need to prepare a meal when the choices of eating out are too abundant for you to choose. It comes with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and blender, as well as dishes and utensils and a breakfast bar that can seat 4 people.

Wake up each day in your cozy king bed. The air-conditioned bedroom also comes complete with access to the bathroom, a spacious closet for clothing and storage. The bedroom also has access to a very small and private patio area out the back of the condo.

La Poza Perfecto

First time to Isla. Owners and Property managers are fabulous and quick to respond and assist. Condo location is perfect; a minute to all the fun restaurants and shopping, 2 min walk to Playa Norte. Best taco place on the corner Los Borritos 30 peso yummy tacos..say hi to Raman and Allen from Sherry and Donovan. Condo fully equipped very new modern. Rooftop pool lovely. Very safe area and building. Would easily go back!!! Gracious. Hasta Luego Amigos.

La Poza 302

Our stay at La Poza was absolutely perfect. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was adequately furnished. Hot water was plentiful. A/C worked well. Concierge was a pleasure to see everyday. Location was PERFECT walking to the North Beach and Hildago street. Be aware the balcony faces an elementary school. The children were adorable, but they did play some loud music for about an hour Monday am for their morning program while I was trying to have some virtual meetings from the balcony. The beauty of "remote work". 🙂

Wonderful experience

Family and I had a wonderful stay. The condo was super clean and provided all possible amenities and needs. They even provided a huge 5 gallon water tank for the water machine and a fresh bag of ice in the refrigerator! Everything you could possibly need for household living are provided and plenty of it. The location is simply perfect and central to everything. The 24 hour lobby staffing is also extra reassuring. The management staff promptly returned any and all messages for questions, etc. Stayed in unit 302. Will definitely be returning and coming back!

Great location and very comfortable stay with helpful staff.

One of our favorite places we have stayed on Isla. Staff worked hard to take care of us. We loved the sunrises and the pool on the roof. We will return soon!

Perfect Location

The condo was in an amazing location. The beach is with in 2 blocks in 3 directions. The roof top pool area was amazing, and the photos don't do the view justice! You can see the ocean all around you. There is a golf cart rental place right across the street, which was convenient. There are many shops, restaurants and bars all around the area, and within walking distance. The condo itself was well appointed. We bought breakfast food, snacks and drinks for our stay, and ate out at night. Oh, also the condo is within walking distance to the ferry as well, so that was a bonus. If you plan on doing any laundry, you will need to buy soap. Also there was only one roll of toilet paper, so plan on buying some. We ended up leaving 4 rolls, so maybe the next renters will pay it forward? overall we had an amazing stay, we wouldn't hesitate staying in this property again.

The condo was nice and very clean. Rooftop pool was nice. You could see ocean on three sides from rooftop. Location was great. 1-1/2 blocks from North beach. 1 block off of Hidalgo Street for plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. I would stay here again.
