"The staff are angels on earth! Karl helped me fix a ferry/bus schedule problem and saved me from being stranded across the island in the dark. Lorna saved me from another transportation oversight I made, connecting me with a taxi driver that kept me on schedule. Without them my whole trip to Islay would have been a disaster, but instead, it was wonderful! Oh, and the hostel is lovely, clean, informative, and peaceful. "

"We had a great relaxing time staying a this Port Charlotte holiday rental. We were comfortable and it was nice to spread out in the multiple bedrooms and living areas. We took the opportunity to visit the town for meals and even a little live traditional music, and enjoyed waking the path along the coastline, complete with multiple rainbows and Highland Coos!"

"This dog-friendly cottage was overlooking the harbour and little beach.There were lovely wee touches that demomstrated that the owners cared about those staying there. One example was the detachable support handle in the bathroom for anyone requiring such support in the shower room/toilet.The cottage was immaculate and so comfortable and cosy.The village of Portnahaven was so beautiful and the people so amazingly friendly.We absolutely loved our stay and hope some day to return.We have stayed in...
