"ホテル全体的に清潔感があり、おしゃれでとても良かったです。 温泉は外の施設を利用する形となってましたが、この施設が小さすぎてお風呂もゆっくりできませんでした。宿泊者貸切の時間に行ったのに地元の方？もいてやたらうるさくて狭くて残念でした。洗い場の椅子も足りなく、立って利用しなきゃいけないのもなんだかなぁと、、ホテルに大浴場があれば最高だなと思いました。"

"部屋からの景色はとても良く、広さも問題なかった。また、食事は夕朝食ともに満足いく内容だったが、設備の老朽化はかなり進んでいる感じ。 部屋のカーテンにほつれやシミがあったり、トイレの便器、便座が古かった。 また、今回の部屋は、ロビーフロアから一番遠い部屋だったが、そこに行き着くまでに何度も階段を上り降りしなければならず、更に廊下には空調が入ってないため、全く快適ではなかった。 ロケーションも、食事も良いだけに施設の状態がもったいない。 リピートを期待するなら、施設の改善が望まれます。"
