The staff and cleaners all made us feel welcome upon arrival and made sure we felt comfortable and that we were free to ask for anything we needed at any time throughout our stay. We were also able to request a romantic package which is perfect for couples. It includes a spa massage, a private jacuzzi and an intimate dinner for two which is perfect for anniversary celebration. "Hello everyone, I just want to explain the experience at "thresere cove resort" in malapascua. The place and the resort is very nice and peaceful. But unfortunately I can not say the same about the service. 1- I arrived on 13th of december, they offer me to join them with the staff "dinner party"(250php, pp) (it was at 10am)I thought was just and option... then I asked if the kitchen will be open for the dinner time just in., some of the staff said yes.
