"We initially booked a Deluxe Triple Room, Sea View. Too expensive for the facilities provided by the hotel. Bathrooms are very dirty and not maintained properly. "The check-in and check-out process went quite smoothly. There was a different hot breakfast each day. Tours can be arranged through a staff member with very good English. The WiFi is decent but the walls are very thin and there is no hot water for the shower. Mosquito nets help keep them away while sleeping. There is no private parking though. We had to park our car in front of the guesthouse overnight."

"Guests must read the lengthy list of things the hotel does not/will not provide. Simple things like towels, room cleaning, these are all considered extras. No window screens so windows cannot be let open for breeze. Poor lighting on badly kept pathways. Parking impossible without 4WD. Not a good place for working travelers. Price is actually all anyplace in Ngwesaung is worth. They also need to insure they do not have a bedbug problem. Perfect for unwashed backpacker hippies on a budget."
