"The staff were super nice and very efficient. Such a great customer experience. Location had more homeless than other areas, but overall not much of a problem. "The staff and room was lovely. The only negatives were that the bathroom window was stuck open when I checked in and the smart TV was not really working due to spotty Internet in my booked room. A quick call down to the front desk had someone assisting to get the issues fixed. Oh and outside is pretty ..."
