Guests are welcomed in a large and bright living room with dining room and a living area with double white leather sofa, furniture, television. Separate kitchen fully equipped with appliances and dishes. Going up the internal staircase (15 steps), you reach the air-conditioned sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub. The main bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe. The second bedroom has three single beds. At guests' disposal, both on the first floor (living area and kitchen) and on the second floor (sleeping areas), there are two loggias transformed into a relaxation area equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and wi-fi. In case of presence of animals, notify the property. There is a supplement of 30 EUR and a double security deposit of 600 EUR. Security deposit: 300.00 euros. For stays longer than 15 days: 500 eur. The property is located in a paid limited traffic area.
