Our cozy 2-room apartment is located in the picturesque town of Ischia di Castro.

Experience an authentic and historic Italian town nestled in picturesque surroundings, just 15 minutes from the magnificent Lake Bolsena, 30 minutes from various breathtaking beaches, and 30 minutes from Viterbo. The trip from Rome takes 90 minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Within walking distance of the apartment is a public parking lot where parking is always free. In addition, our town has everything you need for daily life. Several supermarkets, tobacco shops, gas stations, restaurants, a drugstore, a pharmacy, a medical center, and a post office with an ATM, as well as a few cozy bars.
The large municipal park is also located right next to the accommodation and is perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a museum in town featuring historical artifacts and an old castle from the Farnese dynasty.

In the cozy living room, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, washing machine, portafilter espresso machine, and all the kitchen essentials.

You’ll also find our comfortable sofa bed in the living room, which sleeps up to 2 people, as well as our 40" smart TV for Netflix and other streaming services.

Our place also features 1 Gbit fiber-optic Wi-Fi, perfect for working from home, streaming, and everything else.

In our cozy bedroom, you’ll find a beautiful, comfortable double bed (160x190m) with super cozy down pillows and a very comfortable mattress.

The closet next to the bed has plenty of space for all your clothes, and there’s also a large dresser right next to it. Next to the closet, you’ll find an ironing board and iron, as well as a fold-out baby bed.

From the bedroom, you’ll find our bathroom, which features an inviting shower and a toilet with a bidet hose, and offers a wonderful view of the breathtaking landscape.
