"Lovely hotel unfortunately we stayed on the hottest day of the year so the room was very hot. The hotel is lovely and air conditioned but the rooms outside aren't but they did provide a fan. All staff were really nice and friendly and the breakfast was lovely. We would definately return of in the area."

"Lovely clean modern room. Lots of clean fresh towels. Nice thick carpets and so no disturbance from below room. Large shower area with good water pressure. Sadly it had no shelf to put shampoo and shower gel whilst in there. Lovely white cotton bedding. The only minus with the room was that it was very warm, i know its i Wales and not noted for warm weather. A fan in the room would be a good addition just in case any more warm days bless Newport. Breakfast was plentiful and the ladies...

"We could not fault our short but immensely enjoyable stay! The Parkway ticked all our boxes - from the excellent and discreet level of service in all areas to the dining menu and options. The spa was particularly good as we've often found that such amenities offered in a hotel package are lacking or incur addiotonal costs: not so here - decent pool, steam and sauna plus a welll stocked gym"

Our daughter got married there and it is a place we always find so relaxing. "

"Comfortable stay in predictable Holiday Inn Express environment. Close to M4 yet quiet. My Son loved a trip over to the Porsche showroom over the road and they were very accommodating. Breakfast was busy but well controlled. Just a shame (not the Hotel's problem) that there are no late night public transport options from Cardiff. We went to a concert but had to drive back. "
